يقدّم الكتاب "معالم القربة في طلب الحسبة" للكاتب ابن الأخوة دراسة شاملة في مجال السياسة الشرعية والقضاء، حيث يتناول مفاهيم الحسبة وأدوار المحتسب من حيث الشرائط والواجبات. يستعرض فصولاً حول الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والحساب على الآلات المحرمة والجنائز وأهل الذمة، إضافة إلى مسائل الجزية والربا. يهدف النص إلى توجيه القارئ إلى تطبيق الأحكام الشرعية في إدارة الشؤون العامة والاقتصادية وفق منهج السلف المستند إلى الأحاديث النبوية.
Translation
The book “The Signs of Proximity in Requesting Hisbah” by the writer Ibn al-Akhwa provides a comprehensive study in the field of Sharia politics and the judiciary, as it deals with the concepts of hisbah and the roles of the muhtasib in terms of conditions and duties. It reviews chapters on enjoining good and forbidding evil, accounting for forbidden instruments, funerals, and non-Muslims, in addition to issues of tax and usury. The text aims to guide the reader to the application of Sharia rulings in the management of public and economic affairs according to the approach of the Salaf, based on the Prophet’s hadiths.
