Translation

The book “The Methodology of Sheikh al-Islam Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab in interpretation” by the writer Musad bin Musaed al-Husseini is concerned with studying the interpretation methodology followed by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab, based on his classification within biographies and classes. In its chapters, the author details the sources of interpretation based on what is said from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the sayings of the predecessors. He also reviews the role of reason, language, and rhetoric in interpreting opinion, with a focus on the doctrinal purposes that the Sheikh sought to reveal.
