هذا كتاب في علوم القرآن، يبحث في تاريخ القرآن الكريم وجمعه وكتابته وترتيب آياته وسوره، وضبطه وتصحيحه، مع التركيز على رسم المصحف العثماني وقواعده وغرائبه، وهل رسمه توقيفي أم لا، وحكم اتباعه، بالإضافة إلى مباحث في نقط المصحف وشكله وكتابته قديماً وحديثاً.

Translation

This is a book on the sciences of the Qur’an. It examines the history of the Holy Qur’an, its compilation, writing, the arrangement of its verses and surahs, its control and correction, with a focus on the drawing of the Uthmani Qur’an, its rules and oddities, whether it was drawn by a Tawfiqi or not, and the ruling on following it, in addition to discussions on the points of the Qur’an, its shape, and its writing, ancient and modern.
