قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ أَنَّ مُطَرِّفًا مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرِ بْنِ صَعْصَعَةَ حَدَّثَهُأَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ الثَّقَفِيَّ دَعَا لَهُ بِلَبَنٍ لِيَسْقِيَهُ فَقَالَ مُطَرِّفٌ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ مِنْ النَّارِ كَجُنَّةِ أَحَدِكُمْ مِنْ الْقِتَالِ وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ صِيَامٌ حَسَنٌ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ الشَّهْرِ

He said, Hajjaj told us, he said, Laith bin Saad told us, he said, Yazid bin Abi Habib told me, on the authority of Sa’id bin Abi Hind, that Mutarrif was from Banu Amir. Ibn Sa'sa'ah told him that Uthman ibn Abi Al-Aas Al-Thaqafi called for milk to give him something to drink, and Mutarrif said, "I am fasting." Uthman said, "I heard the Messenger of God God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Fasting is a protection from Hell like the protection of one of you from fighting.” And I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “Fasting It is good to fast three days of the month

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَمَرَّ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ عَلَى كِلَابِ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ عَلَى مَجْلِسِ الْعَاشِرِ بِالْبَصْرَةِ فَقَالَ مَا يُجْلِسُكَ هَاهُنَا قَالَ اسْتَعْمَلَنِي هَذَا عَلَى هَذَا الْمَكَانِ يَعْنِي زِيَادًا فَقَالَ لَهُ عُثْمَانُ أَلَا أُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَلَى فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ كَانَ لِدَاوُدَ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام مِنْ اللَّيْلِ سَاعَةٌ يُوقِظُ فِيهَا أَهْلَهُ فَيَقُولُ يَا آلَ دَاوُدَ قُومُوا فَصَلُّوا فَإِنَّ هَذِهِ سَاعَةٌ يَسْتَجِيبُ اللَّهُ فِيهَا الدُّعَاءَ إِلَّا لِسَاحِرٍ أَوْ عَشَّارٍ فَرَكِبَ كِلاَبُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ سَفِينَتَهُ فَأَتَى زَيِادًا فَاسْتَعْفَاهُ فَأَعْفَاهُحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ مَرَّ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ عَلَى كِلَابِ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

He said, Yazid told us, he said, Hammad bin Salamah told us, he said, Ali bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, Uthman bin Abi Al-Aas passed by Kilab bin Umayyah, while he was sitting on the tenth seat in Basra, he said, “Why should you sit here?” He said, “This man has appointed me to this place,” meaning Ziyad. So Uthman said to him, “Shall I not tell you a story that I heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace?” He said, “Yes.” Uthman said, “I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” He said, “Dawud, the Prophet of God, peace be upon him, had an hour of the night in which he would wake up his family and say, ‘O family of David, arise and pray, for this is An hour in which God responds to supplications, except for a magician or a tax collector. Then Kilab ibn Umayyah boarded his ship and went to Ziyad and asked for his forgiveness and he pardoned him. Tell us. Ubayd Allah ibn Umar al-Qawariri said: Hammad ibn Zayd told us, on the authority of Ali ibn Zayd, on the authority of al-Hasan, he said: Uthman ibn Abi al-Aas passed by Kilab ibn Umayyad, so he mentioned something similar

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَوْ بَدْرٍ أَنَا أَشُكُّ عَنْ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيِّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى صَلَاةِ عَبْدٍ لَا يُقِيمُ فِيهَا صُلْبَهُ بَيْنَ رُكُوعِهَا وَسُجُودِهَا

He said: Waki` told us, he said: Ikrimah bin Ammar told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Zayd or Badr: I doubt about Talq bin Ali al-Hanafi, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, God Almighty does not look at the prayer of a servant in which he does not straighten his head between bowing and prostrating.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى رَجُلٍ لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ بَيْنَ رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ

He said, Abu Al-Nadr told us, he said, Ayoub bin Utba told us, Abdullah bin Badr told us, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Ali bin Shayban, on the authority of His father said that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: God Almighty does not look at a man who does not straighten his back between his bowing and his prostration.

قَالَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَسَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيَتَوَضَّأُ أَحَدُنَا إِذَا مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ قَالَ إِنَّمَا هُوَ بَضْعَةٌ مِنْكَ أَوْ جَسَدِكَ

He said: Hammad bin Khalid told us, he said: Ayoub bin Utba told us, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, on the authority of his father, he said: A man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace and blessings of God be upon him. Does one of us perform ablution when he touches his penis and says, “It is only a part of you or your body.”

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُشَهِدَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ فَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَهُ شَيْئًا فَلَمَّا أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ طَارَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ ثَوْبَيْهِ فَصَلَّى فِيهِمَا

He said, Yunus told us, Aban told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Kathir, on the authority of Issa bin Khathim, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, that Abha witnessed the Messenger of God. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and a man asked him about praying in one garment, but he did not say anything to him. When the prayer was performed, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, left. He greeted his two garments and prayed in them.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَكُونُ وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ

He said: Musa bin Dawud narrated to us: Muhammad bin Jabir narrated to us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Badr, on the authority of Ali bin Talq, on the authority of his father. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace, there will not be two strings of wits in one night.

قَالَوَسُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ وَكُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ

The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked about a man who prays in one garment. He said, “And you all find two garments.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ الْهِلَالَ فَصُومُوا وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا فَإِنْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا الْعِدَّةَ

Musa told us, he said, Muhammad bin Jabir told us, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, on the authority of his father, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “When you see the crescent Then fast, and when you see him, break your fast, and if you faint, then complete the waiting period.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَكُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ مَسِسْتُ ذَكَرِي أَوْ الرَّجُلُ يَمَسُّ ذَكَرَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ قَالَ لَا إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْكَ

He said, Musa bin Dawud told us, Muhammad bin Jabir told us, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, on the authority of his father, who said: I was sitting with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. A man asked him, and he said, “I touched my penis,” or the man touches his penis while praying. He must perform ablution. He said, “No, it is from you.”

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ عَنْ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَوَفَدْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا وَدَّعَنَا أَمَرَنِي فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِإِدَاوَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَحَثَا مِنْهَا ثُمَّ مَجَّ فِيهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ أَوْكَأَهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ اذْهَبْ بِهَا فَانْضَحْ مَسْجِدَ قَوْمِكَ وَأْمُرْهُمْ يَرْفَعُوا بِرُءُوسِهِمْ أَنْ رَفَعَهَا اللَّهُ قُلْتُ إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ بَعِيدَةٌ وَإِنَّهَا تَيْبَسُ قَالَ فَإِذَا يَبِسَتْ فَمُدَّهَا

He said: Musa bin Dawud told us: Muhammad bin Jabir told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Badr, on the authority of Talq bin Ali. They said: Our delegation came to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He said his greetings, and when we bid farewell, he commanded me, so I brought him a vessel of water, and he scooped from it, then he poured three times into it, then he bent it over, then he said, “Go with it.” So the mosque of your people was flooded, and they were commanded to raise their heads if God raised them. I said, “Indeed, the land between us and you is far away, but it is dry.” He said. When it is dry, spread it out

حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيَتَوَضَّأُ أَحَدُنَا إِذَا مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ هَلْ هُوَ إِلَّا مِنْكَ أَوْ بَضْعَةٌ مِنْكَ

Qur’an bin Tammam told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Jabir, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, on the authority of his father. A man said: O Messenger of God, does one of us perform ablution when he touches He mentioned it in prayer and said: Is it only from you or a part of you?

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ وَسُرَيْجٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُلَازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ شَيْبَانَ حَدَّثَهُأَنَّهُ خَرَجَ وَافِدًا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَصَلَّيْنَا خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَحَ بِمُؤْخِرِ عَيْنَيْهِ إِلَى رَجُلٍ لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ قَالَ وَرَأَى رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي خَلْفَ الصَّفِّ فَوَقَفَ حَتَّى انْصَرَفَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَقْبِلْ صَلَاتَكَ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لِرَجُلٍ فَرْدٍ خَلْفَ الصَّفِّ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ فَرْدًا خَلْفَ الصَّفِّحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّقَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ السُّحَيْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي فَذَكَرَهُ

He said: Abd al-Samad and Surayj told us, they said: Malazem bin Amr told us, Abdullah bin Badr told us, that Abd al-Rahman bin Ali told him that His father, Ali bin Shayban, told him that he had gone out as a delegate to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “We prayed behind the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he noticed With the back of his eyes at a man who does not straighten his back when bowing or prostrating. When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, departed, he said, “O community of Muslims! There is no prayer for one who does not straighten his back when bowing and prostrating. He said, “And he saw a man praying behind the row. He stopped until the man left, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: May your prayers be accepted, for there is no prayer for a man alone behind the row. Abd al-Samad said, an individual behind the row. Abd al-Samad told us, he said, “My father told us.” He said, “Abu told us.” Abdullah Al-Shaqri said: Amr bin Jabir told me, on the authority of Abdullah bin Badr, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Ali bin Shayban, on the authority of his father, and he mentioned him. Yazid bin Harun told us, he said: Ayoub bin Utbah told us, he said: Abdullah bin Badr told us, he said: Abdul Rahman bin Ali bin told us: Shayban Al-Suhaymi said: My father told me, and he mentioned it.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُلَازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ قَالَلَدَغَتْنِي عَقْرَبٌ عِنْدَ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَقَانِي وَمَسَحَهَا

He said, Ali bin Abdullah told us, he said, Malazem bin Amr told me, he said, Abdullah bin Badr told me, on the authority of Qais bin Talq, on the authority of his father, Talq. Ibn Ali said: I was stung by a scorpion in the presence of the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, so he left me and wiped it.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ قَالَ رَوْحٌ فَأَتَوْا حَيًّا مِنْ أَحْيَاءِ الْعَرَبِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ تُولَدُ إِلَّا عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ حَتَّى يُعْرِبَ عَنْهَا لِسَانُهَا

He said: A soul told us. He said: Saeed and Abd al-Wahhab told us: Saeed told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Al-Aswad ibn Saree’ that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent a detachment on the day of Hunayn. A spirit said, and they came to a neighborhood of the Arabs. He mentioned the hadith. He said, “By the One who is in my soul.” In His hand, no soul is born except by nature until it is expressed by its tongue.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ قَالَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي قَدْ مَدَحْتُ اللَّهَ بِمَدْحَةٍ وَمَدَحْتُكَ بِأُخْرَى فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَاتِ وَابْدَأْ بِمَدْحَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ

He said: Hassan bin Musa told us: Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Ali bin Zaid, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakra, on the authority of al-Aswad bin Saree’. I said, O Messenger of God, I have praised God with one praise and I have praised you with another. Then the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Give it and begin praising God Almighty. Glory be to Him

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍأَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَرْبَعَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ رَجُلٌ أَصَمُّ لَا يَسْمَعُ شَيْئًا وَرَجُلٌ أَحْمَقُ وَرَجُلٌ هَرَمٌ وَرَجُلٌ مَاتَ فِي فَتْرَةٍ فَأَمَّا الْأَصَمُّ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّ لَقَدْ جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ وَمَا أَسْمَعُ شَيْئًا وَأَمَّا الْأَحْمَقُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّ لَقَدْ جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ يَحْذِفُونِي بِالْبَعْرِ وَأَمَّا الْهَرَمُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي لَقَدْ جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ وَمَا أَعْقِلُ شَيْئًا وَأَمَّا الَّذِي مَاتَ فِي الْفَتْرَةِ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّ مَا أَتَانِي لَكَ رَسُولٌ فَيَأْخُذُ مَوَاثِيقَهُمْ لَيُطِيعُنَّهُ فَيُرْسِلُ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْ ادْخُلُوا النَّارَ قَالَ فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَوْ دَخَلُوهَا لَكَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًاقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِثْلَ هَذَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ فَمَنْ دَخَلَهَا كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا وَمَنْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْهَا يُسْحَبُ إِلَيْهَا

He said, Ali bin Abdullah told us, Muadh bin Hisham told us, he said, my father told me, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Ahnaf bin Qais, on the authority of Al-Aswad bin Quickly, the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said there are four on the Day of Resurrection: a deaf man who will not hear anything, a foolish man, an old man, and a dead man. For a period of time, the deaf man would say, “My Lord, Islam has come,” and he could not hear anything. As for the fool, he would say, “My Lord, Islam has come.” And the children carry me with the camel, and as for the old age, he says, “My Lord, Islam has come, and I do not understand anything.” As for the one who died during that period, he says My Lord, no messenger of yours comes to me and takes their covenants to obey him and then sends to them to say, “Enter the Fire.” He said, “By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, if If they entered it, it would be coolness and peace for them. He said, Ali told us, Muadh bin Hisham told us, he said, my father told me, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of my father, Rafi’, on the authority of my father. A kitten like this, except that he said at the end of it: Whoever enters it, it will be coolness and peace for him, and whoever does not enter it will be dragged to it.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ وَكَانَ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدٍ قَالَ وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ قَصَّ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ يَعْنِي الْمَسْجِدَ الْجَامِعَ قَالَغَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْبَعَ غَزَوَاتٍ قَالَ فَتَنَاوَلَ قَوْمٌ الذُّرِّيَّةَ بَعْدَمَا قَتَلُوا الْمُقَاتِلَةَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَلَا مَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ قَتَلُوا الْمُقَاتِلَةَ حَتَّى تَنَاوَلُوا الذُّرِّيَّةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَوَلَيْسَ أَبْنَاءُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ خِيَارَكُمْ أَبْنَاءُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ نَسَمَةٌ تُولَدُ إِلَّا وُلِدَتْ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ فَمَا تَزَالُ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يُبِينَ عَنْهَا لِسَانُهَا فَأَبَوَاهَا يُهَوِّدَانِهَا أَوْ يُنَصِّرَانِهَاقَالَ وَأَخْفَاهَا الْحَسَنُ

Muhammad ibn Ja`far narrated to us, he said: Al-Sari ibn Yahya narrated to us, Al-Hasan narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Aswad ibn Sari’, and he was a man from Banu Sa’d, he said, and he was He was the first to perform battles in this mosque, meaning the Grand Mosque. He said: I fought four battles with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, so he discussed The people of the offspring after they killed the female fighter, and that reached the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: What is the matter with the people who killed the female fighter? Until they partook of the offspring, he said, and a man said, O Messenger of God, are they not the children of the polytheists? He said, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Your choice is Children of the polytheists, there is no soul that is born but it is born according to nature, and it does not remain in that state until its language becomes clear about it, but their parents refused. Judaize it or Christianize it, he said, and Al-Hasan hid it.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُطَرِّفًا عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَوْمِ الدَّهْرِ قَالَ مَا صَامَ وَمَا أَفْطَرَ أَوْ لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ وَقَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ

Yahya told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, and Bahz, he said, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Mutarrif, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said Shu’bah, Qatada said, he told me, he said, “I heard a narration on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, regarding daily fasting. He said he did not fast or break his fast.” Or he neither fasted nor broke his fast, and he said in his hadith Bahz: He neither fasted nor broke his fast.

قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ رَجُلًا انْتَهَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ مَرَّةً انْتَهَى إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ{ أَلْهَاكُمْ التَّكَاثُرُ حَتَّى زُرْتُمْ الْمَقَابِرَ }قَالَ يَقُولُ ابْنُ آدَمَ مَالِي مَالِي وَهَلْ لَكَ مِنْ مَالِكَ إِلَّا مَا تَصَدَّقْتَ فَأَمْضَيْتَ أَوْ لَبِسْتَ فَأَبْلَيْتَ أَوْ أَكَلْتَ فَأَفْنَيْتَ

He said, Waki` told us, he said, Hisham told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Mutarrif bin Abdullah, on the authority of his father, that a man went to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. And he said, “And Waki’ once said, referring to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while he was reciting: ‘Crowing has distracted you, so much so that you visit the graves. }He said, “The son of Adam says, ‘My wealth is my wealth. Do you have any of your wealth except what you gave in charity and spent it? Or you wore clothing and it became useless, or you ate and consumed it.’”
