Hadith 487Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَبِي ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنْ اكْتُبْ إِلَيَّ بِمَا ثَبَتَ عِنْدَكَ مِنْ الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَبِحَدِيثِ عَمْرَةَ فَإِنِّي قَدْ خَشِيتُ دُرُوسَ الْعِلْمِ وَذَهَابَهُ
Ismail bin Ibrahim Abu Muammar informed us, on the authority of Abu Damra, on the authority of Yahya bin Sa’id, on the authority of Abdullah bin Dinar. Hadith 488Sunan Ad-Darimi
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنْ انْظُرُوا حَدِيثَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاكْتُبُوهُ فَإِنِّي قَدْ خِفْتُ دُرُوسَ الْعِلْمِ وَذَهَابَ أَهْلِهِ

Hadith 495Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَسْمَعُ مِنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الْحَدِيثَ بِاللَّيْلِ فَأَكْتُبُهُ فِي وَاسِطَةِ الرَّحْلِ

أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَاصِمٌ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً عُمِلَ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يُنْقَصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْءٌ وَمَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُ وِزْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يُنْقَصَ مِنْ أَوْزَارِهِ شَيْءٌ
Al-Walid bin Shuja’ told us, Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, he said: Asim told us, on the authority of Shaqiq, on the authority of Jarir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: And whoever establishes a good sunnah and it will be followed after him, he will have a reward similar to that of the one who follows it, without his reward being diminished in the slightest. And whoever establishes a good sunnah It is a bad burden for him like the burden of one who does it without any of his burdens being diminished.
Hadith 512Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ مَوْلَى الْحُرَقَةِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى هُدًى كَانَ لَهُ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ مِثْلُ أُجُورِ مَنْ اتَّبَعَهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْئًا وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَى ضَلَالَةٍ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ الْإِثْمِ مِثْلُ آثَامِ مَنْ تَبِعَهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آثَامِهِمْ شَيْئًا
Al-Walid bin Shuja’ told us, Ismail bin Ja’far told us, on the authority of Al-Ala’ bin Abdul-Rahman bin Yaqoub, the client of Al-Harqa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward equal to the reward of those who follow him, undiminished. That is part of their reward, and whoever calls people to misguidance will be subject to a sin equal to the sins of those who follow him, without that diminishing anything from their sins.
Hadith 513Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صُبَيْحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الْعَبْسِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَحَثَّ النَّاسَ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَبْطَئُوا حَتَّى بَانَ فِي وَجْهِهِ الْغَضَبُ ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ بِصُرَّةٍ فَتَتَابَعَ النَّاسُ حَتَّى رُئِيَ فِي وَجْهِهِ السُّرُورُ فَقَالَ مَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ وَمِثْلُ أَجْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يُنْقَصَ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْءٌ وَمَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً كَانَ عَلَيْهِ وِزْرُهُ وَمِثْلُ وِزْرِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يُنْقَصَ مِنْ أَوْزَارِهِمْ شَيْءٌ

He said, “Whoever establishes a good practice will have his reward.” And the likeness of the reward of one who does it, without any of their wages being diminished in the least. Hadith 514Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ هُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَقَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَنَا أَعْظَمُكُمْ أَجْرًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لِأَنَّ لِي أَجْرِي وَمِثْلَ أَجْرِ مَنْ اتَّبَعَنِي
Abdul Wahhab bin Saeed told us, Shuaib told us, he is Ibn Ishaq, Al-Awza’i told us, Hassan bin Atiyya told me, that the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He said, “I am the greatest in reward among you on the Day of Resurrection, because I have my reward and a similar reward to those who follow me.”
Hadith 515Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ بِشْرٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى أَمْرٍ وَلَوْ دَعَا رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا كَانَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَوْقُوفًا بِهِ لَازِمًا بِغَارِبِهِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ { وَقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ مَسْئُولُونَ }
Malik bin Ismail told us, Abd al-Salam told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Bishr, on the authority of Anas, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever called To a matter, and if a man calls another man, on the Day of Resurrection he will be stopped by him, holding him to his place, then reciting {Stop them. Hadith 516Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ أَرْبَعٌ يُعْطَاهَا الرَّجُلُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ ثُلُثُ مَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ لِلَّهِ مُطِيعًا وَالْوَلَدُ الصَّالِحُ يَدْعُو لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ وَالسُّنَّةُ الْحَسَنَةُ يَسُنُّهَا الرَّجُلُ فَيُعْمَلُ بِهَا بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ وَالْمِائَةُ إِذَا شَفَعُوا لِلرَّجُلِ شُفِّعُوا فِيهِ
Amr bin Asim told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Asim, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, that Ibn Masoud said: Four things are given to a man after his death. A third of his wealth, if it was in it before that, belongs to God in obedience, and a righteous child prays for him after his death, and the good Sunnah is exemplified by the man. So it will be acted upon after his death, and if they intercede for the man, they will also intercede for him.
Hadith 517Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ جَهَدْنَا بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ حَتَّى أَنْ نُجْلِسَهُ إِلَى سَارِيَةٍ فَأَبَى

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لَا يَبْتَدِئُ الْحَدِيثَ حَتَّى يُسْأَلَ

Hadith 520Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ كَانَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْجُعْفِيُّ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا مُعْجَبِينَ بِهِ فَكَانَ يَجْلِسُ إِلَيْهِ الرَّجُلُ وَالرَّجُلَانِ فَيُحَدِّثُهُمَا فَإِذَا كَثُرُوا قَامَ وَتَرَكَهُمْ

Hadith 521Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ قِيلَ لَهُ حِينَ مَاتَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ لَوْ قَعَدْتَ فَعَلَّمْتَ النَّاسَ السُّنَّةَ فَقَالَ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُوطَأَ عَقِبِي

Hadith 524Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ بِسْطَامِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ إِذَا مَشَى مَعَهُ الرَّجُلُ قَامَ فَقَالَ أَلَكَ حَاجَةٌ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ قَضَاهَا وَإِنْ عَادَ يَمْشِي مَعَهُ قَامَ فَقَالَ أَلَكَ حَاجَةٌ

Hadith 526Sunan Ad-Darimi
أَخْبَرَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْهَيْثَمِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى أُنَاسًا يَتْبَعُونَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ فَأُرَاهُ قَالَ نَهَاهُمْ وَقَالَ إِنَّ صَنِيعَكُمْ هَذَا أَوْ مَشْيَكُمْ هَذَا مَذَلَّةٌ لِلتَّابِعِ وَفِتْنَةٌ لِلْمَتْبُوعِ
