Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ "" خَلْفَ الْجِنَازَةِ وَالْمَاشِي مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شَاءَ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Rauh bin Ubadah] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Ubaidullah bin Jubair bin Hayyah] said, has told us [Ziyad bin Jubair bin Hayyah] that he heard [Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah] say, "I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Let those who ride behind corpse, those who walk can do whatever they want (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1481.) 2nd hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing God willing يَمْشُونَ أَمَامَ الْجِنَازَةِ .. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Hisyam bin Ammar] and [Sahl bin Abu Sahl] they said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [his father] he said, "I saw the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakr and Umar walking in front of the body (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1482.) 3rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَم بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَأَبُو God bless you .. It has been told to us that [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] and [Harun bin Abdullah Al Hammal] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Bakr Al Bursani] said, has told us [Yunus bin Yazid Al Aili] from [Az-Zuhri] from [Anas bin Malik] he said, "The Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman always walked in front of the corpse (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1483.) 4th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عليه وسلم ـ " الْجِنَازَةُ مَتْبُوعَةٌ وَم بِتَابِعَةٍ لَيْسَ مِنْهَا مَنْ تَقَدَّمَهَا " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin 'Abdah] said, has told us [Abdul Wahid bin Ziyad] from [Yahya bin Abdullah At Taimi] from [Abu Majidah Al Hanafi] from [Abdullah bin Mas'ud] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam: "The body was followed and did not follow. So nothing can precede it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1484.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing نُفَيْعٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، وَأَبِي، بَرْزََ قَالاَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي God willing God bless you وسلم ـ " أَبِفِعْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ تَأْخُذُونَ - أَوْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing صُوَرِكُمْ " . قَالَ فَأَخَذُوا أَرْدِيَتَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَعُودُوا لِذَلِكَ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdah] said, has told us [Amru bin An Nu'man] said, has told us [Ali bin Al Hazawwar] from [Nufai'] from [Imran bin Hushain] and [Abu Barzah] both said; "We together with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) accompanied the body. Then he saw a group of people taking off their coats and walking in robes, he said: "Are you practicing jahiliyyah behavior or are you imitating jahiliyyah behavior? Really, I really want to pray for you (curse) until you come back not with your faces. " Imran said, "Then they took back their coats and did not do it again (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1485.) 6th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ " لاَ تُؤَخِّرُوا الْجِنَازَةَ إِذَا حَضَرَتْ " .. Has told us [Harmalah bin Yahya] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] said, has told me [Sa'id bin Abdullah Al Juhani] that [Muhammad bin Umar bin Ali bin Abu Talib] told him from [his father] from his grandfather [Ali bin Abu Talib] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not end the corpse when it has arrived (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1486.) 7th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you . قَالُوا لَهُ أَوَ سَمِعْتَ فِيهِ شَيْئًا قَالَ نَْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la Ash Shan'ani] said, has told us [Mu'tamar bin Sulaiman] he said; I have read before [Al Fudlail bin Maisarah] from [Abu Hariz] that [Abu Burdah] told him, he said; "Towards his death [Abu Musa Al Asy'ari] said, "Do not accompany me with burning incense. " People asked: "Have you heard anything (hadith) about that?" he answered, "Yes, from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1487.) 8th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ غُفِرَ لَهُ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Ubaidullah] said, has told us [Syaiban] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever a hundred people from the muslimin tribe pray over his corpse, he will be forgiven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1488.) 9th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you اجْتَمَعَ لاِبْنِي أَحَدٌ فَقُلْتُ نَعَمْ . وَيْحَكَ كَمْ تَرَاهُمْ؟ أَرْبَعِينَ؟ قُلْتُ: لاَ. God willing "" مَا مِنْ أَرْبَعِينَ مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ يَشْفَعُونَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ إِلاَّ شَفَّعَهُمُ اللَّهُ " .. Has told us [Ibrahim Ibnul Mundzir Al Hizami] said, has told us [Bakr bin Muslim] said, has told me [Humaid bin Ziyad Al Kharrath] said, has told us [Sharik] from [Kuraib] Abdullah bin Abbas' former slave, he said, "Abdullah bin Abbas' son died, then he ([Abdullah bin Abbas]) said to me, "O Kuraib, stand up and see, is there anyone gathered? to (praise) my child even if only one?" I answered, "Yes," he said, "Woe to you, how many people did we see, forty people?" I answered, "No, there were even more of them. " He said, "Then come out with (the body of) my son, I testify that I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Not forty believers ask for intercession for a believer, unless Allah will intercede for them (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1489.) 10th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، God bless you God willing مَالِكَ قَالَ كَانَ إِذَا أُتِيَ بِجِنَازَةٍ فَتَقَالَّ مَنْ تَبِعَهَا God willing God bless you God bless you أَوْجَبَ " .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Abdullah bin Numair] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Martsad bin Abdullah Al Yazani] from [Malik bin Hubairah Asy Syami] - he is a friend - said, "If Malik bin Hubairah a body is brought to him and only a few people will pray for it, then he divides the prayer row into three rows and then prays. After that he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once said: "There are not three rows of @2@@in people in a row to pray for a corpse, unless it is obligatory (Allah's forgiveness for the corpse) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1490.) 11th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فَقَالَ " وَجَبَتْ " ." God willing وَجَبَتْ " ." وَجَبَتْ وَلِهَذِهِ وَجَبَتْ فَقَالَ " شَهَادَةُ الْقَوْمِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ شُهُودُ اللَّهِ فِي الأَرْضِ " .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdah] said, has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Tsabit] from [Anas bin Malik] said; There was a body that passed in front of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then the body was praised with something good, so he said: "It is obligatory (for him heaven). " After that another corpse passed in front of him, then the body was praised with something bad, then he said: "It is obligatory (for him hell)." Then he was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, you said for this corpse, "It has been obligatory," and for this corpse, "It has been mandatory! " he answered: "The testimony of the people and people of muslimin is the testimony of Allah on earth (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1491.) 12th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِجِنَازَةٍ - فَأُثْنِيَ عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فِي مَنَاقِبِ الْخَيْرِ فَقَالَ " وَجَبَتْ " . may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فِي مَنَاقِبِ الشَّرِّ فَقَالَ " وَجَبَتْ إِنَّكُمْ شُهَدَاءُ اللَّهِ فِي الأَرْضِ " .. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us by [Ali bin Mushir] from [Muhammad bin Amru] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "There was a body that passed before the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then the body was praised with a good deed, so he said: "Heaven has become obligatory (for him). "After that another corpse passed in front of him, then the corpse was praised with something bad, so he said: "Hell is obligatory (for him). Indeed, you are Allah's witnesses on earth (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1492.) 13th Hadith. It has been told to us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, it has been told to us [Abu Usamah] said, it has been told to me [Al Husain bin Dzakwan] from [Abdullah bin Buraidah Al Aslami] from [Samurah bin Jundub Al Fazari] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed for a woman who died in the postpartum period, then he stood in the middle of her (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1493.) 14th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَقَامَ حِيَالَ رَأْسِهِ فَجِيءَ بِجِنَازَةٍ أُخْرَى بِامْرَأَةٍ فَقَالُوا يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ صَلِّ عَلَيْهَا . God bless you زِيَادٍ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتَ رَسُولَ ــ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَالَ نَعَمْ . فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا فَقَالَ احْفَظُوا .. It has been told to us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] said, it has been told to us by [Sa'id bin Amir] from [Hammam] from [Abu Ghalib] he said, "I once saw [Anas bin Malik] praying for a man's corpse. Then he stood next to his head. Then when a woman's body came, the people said, "O Abu Hamzah, pray for him. "Then he stood in the middle of the coffin." Al 'Ala bin Ziyad said, "O Abu Hamzah, in this position, did you see the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam praying over the bodies of men and women?" he answered, "That's right." Then he turned towards us and said, "Take care (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1494.) 15th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Mani'] said, has told us [Zaid bin Al Hubab] said, has told us [Ibrahim bin Uthman] from [Al Hakam] from [Miqsam] from [Ibn Abbas] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the funeral prayer read Al Fatihah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1495.) 16th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الْكِتَابِ .. It has been told to us that [Amru bin Abu 'Ashim An Nabil] and [Ibrahim bin Al Mustamir] both said; has told us [Abu 'Ashim] said, has told us [Hammad bin Ja'far Al 'Abdi] said, has told me [Syahr bin Hausyab] said, has told me [Ummu Syarik Al Anshariah] he said, "When praying the body of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered us to recite Surah Al Fatihah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1496.) 17th Hadith. Has told us [Abu Ubaid Muhammad bin Ubaid bin Maimun Al Madini] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Salamah Al Harrani] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Al Harith At Taimi] from [Abu Salamah bin 'Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If you praying for the deceased, then be sincere when praying for him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1497.) 18th Hadith. God willing مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ God willing قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا صَلَّى God bless you وَمَيِّتِنَا وَشَاهِدِنَا وَغَاِنَا وَكَبِيرِنَا وَذَكَرِنَا وَأُنْثَانَا اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ God willing God willing لاَ تَحْرِمْنَا أَجْرَهُ وَلاَ تُضِلَّنَا بَعْدَهُ " .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Ali bin Mushar] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam when performing the funeral prayer always recited the prayer: "ALLAHUMMAGHFIR LIHAYYINAA, WA MAYYITINAA, WA SYAAHIDINAA, WA GHAA`IBINAA, WA SHAGHIIRINAA, WA KABIIRINAA, WA DZAKARINAA, WA UNTSAANAA, ALLAHUMMA MAN AHYAITAHU MINNAA FA AHYIHI 'ALAL ISLAAM, WA MAN TAWAFFAITAHU MINNAA FA TAWAFFAHU 'ALAL IIMAAN, ALLAHUMMA LAA TAHRIMNA AJRAHU, WA LAA TUDLILLANAA BA'DAHU (O Allah, forgive us who are still alive, those who have passed away from us, those who are still around, those who have died, our children, our parents, our men, our women. O Allah, whoever You make alive from us, let us live on Islam, and whoever You pass on from us, let us die on faith. O God, do not deny us the reward, and do not mislead us after leaving us) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1498.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing God bless you مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَلْبَسٍ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ: صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَأَسْمَعُهُ يَقُولُ "" God willing God willing وَأَنْتَ أَهْلُ الْوَفَاءِ وَالْحَقِّ فَاغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ " .. Has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasqi] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] said, has told us [Marwan bin Janah] said, has told me [Yunus bin Maisarah bin Halbas] from [Watsilah Ibnul Asqa'] said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed for a man from the muslimin people, then I heard him say: "ALLAHUMMA INNA FULAN BIN FULAN FII DZIMMATIKA WA HABLI JIWAARIKA FAQIHI MIN FITNATIL QABRI WA 'ADZAABIN NAAR WA ANTA AHLUL WAFA` WAL HAQ FAGHFIRLAHU WARHAMHU INNAKA ANTAL GHAFUURUR RAHIIM (O Allah, indeed so and so bin so and so is under Your guarantee and covenant, so protect him from the slander of the grave and the torment of hell. You are the One who keeps promises and is the Most Righteous, forgive and have mercy on him. Indeed, You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1499.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الله عليه وسلم ـ صَلَِ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَاغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ وَاغْسِلْهُ بِمَاءٍ وَثَلْجٍ وَبَرَدٍ وَنَقِّهِ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَالْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ God willing God willing النَّارِ " . قَالَ عَوْفٌ فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي فِي مُقَامِي ذَلِكَ أَتَمَنَّى أَنْ أَكُونَ مَكَانَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلِ .. Has told us [Yahya bin Hakim] said, has told us [Abu Dawud Ath Thayalisi] said, has told us [Faraj Ibnul Fadlalah] said, has told me [Ishmah bin Rasyid] from [Habib bin Ubaid] from [Auf bin Malik] he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam praying for an Ansar man, then I heard him say: "ALLAHUMMA SHALLI 'ALAIHI WAGHFIRLAHU WARHAMHU WA 'AAFIHI WA'FU 'ANHU WAGHSILHU BI MA`IN WA TSALJIN WA BARADIN WA NAQQIHI MINADZ DZUNUUBI WAL KHATHAAYA KAMAA YUNAQQTS TSAUBUL ABYADLU MINAD DANAS WA ABDILHU BI DAARIHI WA AHLAN KHAIRAN MIN AHLIHI WAQIHI FITNATAL QABRI WA 'ADZAABAN NAAR (O Allah, pray for him, forgive and bless him, save and forgive his mistakes. Bathe him with water and ice, cleanse him from sins and mistakes as white clothes are cleaned from stains. Replace his house with a better house, and his family with a better family. Protect him from the slander of the grave and the torment of hell." Auf said, "I saw my position until I hope that man is me) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1500.) 21st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing يُوَقِّتْ .. It has been told to us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, it has been told to us [Hafsh bin Ghiyats] from [Hajjaj] from [Abu Zubair] from [Jabir] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, Abu Bakr and Umar never permitted us in a matter such as the permissibility of the funeral prayer. What this means is that it does not limit the time (it can be at any time) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1501.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing God bless you. God bless you God willing مَظْعُونٍ وَكَبَّرَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعًا .. Has told us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] said, has told us [Al Mughirah bin 'Abdurrahman] said, has told us [Khalid bin Ilyas] from [Isma'il bin Amru bin Sa'id bin Al 'Ash] from [Uthman bin Abdullah bin Al Hakim bin Harith] from [Uthman bin Affan] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed Uthman bin Mazh'un and he took takbir four times (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1502.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you God willing صَلَيْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing. God willing. God willing يُسَبِّحُونَ بِهِ مِنْ نَوَاحِي الصُّفُوفِ فَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَكُنْتُمْ تُرَوْنَ أَنِّي مُكَبِّرٌ خَمْسًا قَالُوا تَخَوَّفْنَا ذَلِكَ . قَالَ لَمْ أَكُنْ لأَفْعَلَ . وَلَكِنْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ يَمْكُثُ سَاعَةً فَيَقُولُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ ثُمَّ يُسَلِّمُ .. Has told us [Ali bin Muhammad] said, has told us ['Abdurrahman Al Muharibi] said, has told us [Al Hajari] said; I, together with [Abdullah bin Abu Aufa Al Aslami] - a friend of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - prayed over the body of his daughter. He said takbir four times then remained silent for a moment. " Al Hajari said, "I then heard people saying tasbih (reminding the imam) from the corners of the shaf, then Abdullah bin Abu Aufa Al Aslami greeting after that said, "Do you think I will do the fifth takbir!" they said, "That is what we are worried about." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1503.) 24th Hadith. Allah's blessings Allah's blessings يَحْيَى بْنُ الْيَمَانِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا ..
