Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ كَعَابِدِ وَثَنٍ " .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Muhammad bin As Shabah] both said; has told us [Muhammad bin Sulaiman bin Al Ashbahani] from [Suhail] from [His father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Khamr addicts are like idol worshipers (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3375.) 2nd hadith. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَلْبَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has told us [Sulaiman bin 'Utbah] has told me [Yunus bin Maisarah bin Halbas] from [Abu Idris] from [Abu Darda] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "A Khamer addict will not enter heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3376.) 3rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ وَسَكِرَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا وَإِنْ مَاتَ دَخَلَ النَّارَ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ عَادَ فَشَرِبَ فَسَكِرَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا فَإِنْ مَاتَ دَخَلَ النَّارَ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ عَادَ فَشَرِبَ فَسَكِرَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلاَةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا فَإِنْ مَاتَ دَخَلَ النَّارَ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ عَادَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ رَدْغَةِ الْخَبَالِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا رَدْغَةُ الْخَبَالِ قَالَ " عُصَارَةُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ " .. Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Rabi'ah bin Yazid] from [Ibn Dailami] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever drinks khamer until he is drunk, his prayer will not be accepted for four twenty in the morning (day). If he dies then he will go to hell, and if he repents then Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks wine again and gets drunk, his prayers will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies he will go to hell. And if he repents then Allah will accept his repentance, and if he repeats it again then Allah is worthy to give him a drink from Radaghah Al Khabal on the Day of Judgment." Mereka bertanya, "Apakah maksud dari Radaghah Al Khabal wahai Rasulullah?" beliau menjawab: "Keringat penghuni neraka (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3377.) 4th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَمَامِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَثِيرٍ السُّحَيْمِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْخَمْرُ مِنْ هَاتَيْنِ الشَّجَرَتَيْنِ النَّخْلَةِ وَالْعِنَبَةِ " .. Has told us [Yazid bin Abdullah Al Yamami] has told us [Ikrimah bin 'Ammar] has told us [Abu Katsir As Suhaimi] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Khamer is made from these two types of trees; kurma dan anggur (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3378.) 5th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ كَثِيرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ السَّرِيَّ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الشَّعْبِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنَّ مِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الشَّعِيرِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الزَّبِيبِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ التَّمْرِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الْعَسَلِ خَمْرًا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] has reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] that [Khalid bin Katsir Al Hamdani] narrated that [As Sari bin Isma'il] told him, that [Ash Sya'bi] told him, that he heard [An Nu'man bin Basyir] say, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, wheat grain (can be made) khamr, wheat flour can be made khamr, grapes can be made khamr, dates can be made khamer and honey can also be made into khamr (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3379.) 6th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْغَافِقِيِّ، وَأَبِي، طُعْمَةَ مَوْلاَهُمْ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لُعِنَتِ الْخَمْرُ عَلَى عَشَرَةِ أَوْجُهٍ بِعَيْنِهَا وَعَاصِرِهَا وَمُعْتَصِرِهَا وَبَائِعِهَا وَمُبْتَاعِهَا وَحَامِلِهَا وَالْمَحْمُولَةِ إِلَيْهِ وَآكِلِ ثَمَنِهَا وَشَارِبِهَا وَسَاقِيهَا " .. It has been told to us that [Ali bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Isma'il] both said; has told us [Waki'] has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Umar bin Abdul Aziz] of [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah Al Ghafiqi] and [Abu Thu'mah] their former slave, both of whom heard [Ibn Umar] say, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Khamer is cursed with ten parts; the substance, the one who squeezes it, the one who asks to squeeze it, the seller, the one who asks to buy it, the one who brings it, the one who asks to bring it, the one who eats the proceeds of the sale, the drinker and the one who pours it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3380.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ شَبِيبٍ، سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، - أَوْ حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسٌ، - قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي الْخَمْرِ عَشَرَةً عَاصِرَهَا وَمُعْتَصِرَهَا وَالْمَعْصُورَةَ لَهُ وَحَامِلَهَا وَالْمَحْمُولَةَ لَهُ وَبَائِعَهَا وَالْمُبْتَاعَةَ لَهُ وَسَاقِيَهَا وَالْمُسْتَقَاةَ لَهُ " . حَتَّى عَدَّ عَشَرَةً مِنْ هَذَا الضَّرْبِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Sa'id bin Yazid bin Ibrahim At Tustari] has told us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Syabib] I heard [Anas bin Malik], or has told me Anas bin Malik he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam cursed ten things in khamer; "The person who blackmails it, the one who asks to be blackmailed, the tool for blackmail, the person who brings it, the person who asked to bring it, the seller, the person who bought it, the one who poured it, the one who asked to pour it." He mentioned up to ten things from this example (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3381.) 8th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ لَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الآيَاتُ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي الرِّبَا خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَحَرَّمَ التِّجَارَةَ فِي الْخَمْرِ .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Ali bin Muhammad] both said; has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] has told us [Al A'masy] from [Muslim] from [Masruq] from [Aisyah] radliallahu 'anha, he said, "When a few verses came down from the closing of Al Baqarah's letter about usury, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came out and forbade the buying and selling of khamer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3382.) 9th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ بَلَغَ عُمَرَ أَنَّ سَمُرَةَ، بَاعَ خَمْرًا فَقَالَ قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ سَمُرَةَ أَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومُ فَجَمَلُوهَا فَبَاعُوهَا " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Sufyan] from ['Amru bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "News has reached Umar that Samrah is selling khamer, so [Umar] said, "May Allah curse Samrah! Doesn't he know that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has said: "May Allah curse the Jews, pork fat has been forbidden to them, but they still package and sell it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3383.) 10th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلاَمِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْقُدُّوسِ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ تَذْهَبُ اللَّيَالِي وَالأَيَّامُ حَتَّى تَشْرَبَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَمْرَ يُسَمُّونَهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا " .. Has told us [Al 'Abbas bin Al Walid Ad Dimasyqi] has told us [Abdussalam bin Abdul Quddus] has told us [Tsaur bin Yazid] from [Khalid bin Ma'dan] from [Abu Umamah Al Bahili] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Night and day will not pass (disappear) until a group of my Ummah will drink khamer, they give nama dengan nama selainnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3384.) 11th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ الْعَبْسِيُّ، عَنْ بِلاَلِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَبْسِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ السِّمْطِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " يَشْرَبُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَمْرَ بِاسْمٍ يُسَمُّونَهَا إِيَّاهُ " .. Has told us [Al Husain bin Abu As Sirri] has told us [Abdullah] has told us [Sa'd bin Aus Al 'Absi] from [Bilal bin Yahya Al 'Absi] from [Abu Bakr bin Hafsh] from [Ibnu Al Muhairiz] from [Thabit bin As Simth] from ['Ubadah bin As Shamit] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Some people from my Ummah will drink wine with the name they gave themselves (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3385.) 12th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، تَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Salamah] from [Aisyah] and up to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Every intoxicating drink is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3386.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الذِّمَارِيُّ، سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has told us [Shadaqah bin Khalid] has told us [Yahya bin Al Harith Ad Dzimari] I heard [Salim bin Abdullah bin Umar] tell from [his father] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Everything that intoxicates is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3387.) 14th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " . قَالَ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ هَذَا حَدِيثُ الْمِصْرِيِّينَ .. It has been told to us [Yunus bin Abdul A'la] has told us [Ibnu Wahb] has told us [Ibnu Juraij] from [Ayyub bin Hani`] from [Masruq] from [Ibn Mas'ud], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Everything that intoxicates is haram." Ibnu Majah said, "This is a hadith of the Egyptian people (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3388.) 15th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ " . وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ الرَّقِّيِّينَ .. Has told us [Ali bin Maimun Ar Raqqi] has told us [Khalid bin Hayyan] from [Sulaiman bin Abdullah bin Az Zabriqan] from [Ya'la bin Syaddad bin Aus] I heard [Mu'awiyah] say, "I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Every intoxicant is haram for every believer." This is a hadith of the people of Raqqiyin (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3389.) 16th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Sahl] has told us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Muhammad bin 'Amru bin 'Alqamah] from [Abu Salamah] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is khamer, and all kinds of khamer are haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3390.) 17th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] has told us [Abu Daud] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Sa'id bin Abu Burdah] from [his father] from [Abu Musa] he said, "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Everything that intoxicates is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3391.) 18th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى، زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ مَنْظُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَمَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Ibrahim bin Al Mundzir Al Hizami] has told us [Abu Yahya Zakaria bin Mandlur] from [Abu Hazim] from [Abdullah bin Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every intoxicant is haram, and something that is too much intoxicant is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3392.) 19th hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim] has told us [Anas bin Iyadl] has told me [Daud bin Bakr] from [Muhammad bin Al Munkadir] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A lot of something is intoxicating, then even a little is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3394.) 21st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ التَّمْرُ وَالزَّبِيبُ جَمِيعًا وَنَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ الْبُسْرُ وَالرُّطَبُ جَمِيعًا . قَالَ اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِثْلَهُ .. "[Muhammad bin Rumh] has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir bin Abdullah], that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making drinks from the juice of dried grapes and dates, as well as from the juice of young dates and ripe dates," [Al Laits bin Sa'd] said, has told me ['Atha' bin Abu Rabah Al Makki] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3395.) 22nd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَمَامِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ تَنْبِذُوا التَّمْرَ وَالْبُسْرَ جَمِيعًا وَانْبِذُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَتِهِ " .. Has told us [Yazid bin Abdullah Al Yamami] has told us [Ikrimah bin 'Ammar] from [Abu Kathir] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Do not make a drink from the juice of ripe dates and young dates together. But make a drink from the juice of each type (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3396.) 23rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " لاَ تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الرُّطَبِ وَالزَّهْوِ وَلاَ بَيْنَ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَانْبِذُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَتِهِ " .. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [his father], that he heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Do not mix ripe dates with teapot dates, or dry wine with dates, but make juice prophets of each type (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3397.) 24th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ، حَدَّثَتْنَا بَنَانَةُ بِنْتُ يَزِيدَ الْعَبْشَمِيَّةُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُنَّا نَنْبِذُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي سِقَاءٍ فَنَأْخُذُ قَبْضَةً مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ قَبْضَةً مِنْ زَبِيبٍ فَنَطْرَحُهَا فِيهِ ثُمَّ نَصُبُّ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ فَنَنْبِذُهُ غُدْوَةً فَيَشْرَبُهُ عَشِيَّةً وَنَنْبِذُهُ عَشِيَّةً فَيَشْرَبُهُ غُدْوَةً . وَقَالَ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ نَهَارًا فَيَشْرَبُهُ لَيْلاً أَوْ لَيْلاً فَيَشْرَبُهُ نَهَارًا .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah]. (in another line mentioned) Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Abu As Syawarib] has told us [Abdul Wahid bin Ziyad] both said; has told us ['Ashim Al Ahwal] has told us [Bunanah bini Yazid Al 'Absyamiyah] from [Aisyah] she said, "We make a drink for the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in a drinking vessel; we take a handful of dates or raisins and put it in the vessel and then pour water into it. We make it in the morning then he drinks it in the afternoon, and if we make it in the afternoon he drinks it in the morning." Abu Mu'awiyah said, "(make it) during the day and drink it at night or (make it) at night and drink it during the day (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3398.) 25th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ صَبِيحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْبَهْرَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ يُنْبَذُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَيَشْرَبُهُ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ وَالْغَدَ وَالْيَوْمَ الثَّالِثَ فَإِنْ بَقِيَ مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ أَهْرَاقَهُ أَوْ أَمَرَ بِهِ فَأُهْرِيقَ .. It has been told to us by [Abu Kuraib] from [Isma'il bin Shabih] from [Abu Israil] from [Abu Umar Al Bahrani] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made a drink from grape juice, he then drank it on the same day, the next day and the third day. If (on the third day) it was still left, then he threw it away or ordered it to be thrown away (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3399.) 26th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ يُنْبَذُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي تَوْرٍ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Abu As Syawarib] has told us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once made a drink from juice (grape) in a vessel made of stone (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3400.) 27th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي النَّقِيرِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمَةِ وَقَالَ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Muhammad bin Bisyr] from [Muhammad bin Umar], and has told us [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making a nabidz statement in An Naqir, Al Muzaffat, Ad Duba and Al Hantam. He then said: "All intoxicants are haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3401.) 28th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالْقَرْعِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] has told us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making drinks from the juice of the prophet in Al Muzaffat and Qar (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3402.) 29th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ فِي الْحَنْتَمِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ .. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali] has told us [My father] from [Al Mutsanna bin Sa'id] from [Abu Al Mutawaki] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade drinks that were made in Al Hantam, Ad Duba and An Naqir (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3403.) 30th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ .. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr] and [Al 'Abbas bin Abdul 'Adzim Al 'Anbari] both said; has told us [Syababah] from [Syu'bah] from [Bukair bin 'Atha] from [Abdurrahman bin Ya'mar] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited Ad duba and Al Hantam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3404.) 31st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَيَانٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ الأَوْعِيَةِ فَانْتَبِذُوا فِيهِ وَاجْتَنِبُوا كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ " .. Has told us [Abdul Hamid bin Bayan Al Wasithi] has told us [Ishaq bin Yusuf] from [Syarik] from [Simak] from [Al Qasim bin Mukhaimirah] from [Ibn Buraidah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "I have forbidden you to use vessels, now use them to make juice, and stay away from everything that is intoxicating (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3405.) 32nd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقِ بْنِ الأَجْدَعِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الأَوْعِيَةِ أَلاَ وَإِنَّ وِعَاءً لاَ يُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .. It has been told to us [Yunus bin Abdul A'la] has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] has reported to us [Ibnu Juraij] from [Ayyub bin Hani] from [Masruq bin Ajda'] from [Ibn Mas'ud], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, I have forbidden you to make juice in vessels. Know, vessels cannot make something haram, and every intoxicant is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3406.) 33rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَدَّثَتْنِي رُمَيْثَةُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ أَتَعْجِزُ إِحْدَاكُنَّ أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ كُلَّ عَامٍ مِنْ جِلْدِ أُضْحِيَّتِهَا سِقَاءً ثُمَّ قَالَتْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الْجَرِّ وَفِي كَذَا وَفِي كَذَا إِلاَّ الْخَلَّ .. Has told us [Suwaid bin Sa'id] has told us [Al Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [his father] has told me [Rumaitsah] from [Aisha] that he said, "Isn't one of you able to make a vessel every year from the skin of a sacrificial animal?" Then he said again, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making juice in vessels made of earthenware, and in such and such vessels, except vinegar (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3407.) 34th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْخَطْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الْجِرَارِ .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Musa Al Khathmi] has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] has told us [Al Auza'i] from [Yahya bin Abu Katsir] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making juice in vessels made of earthenware (Degree: authentic. Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنْ صَدَقَةَ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِنَبِيذِ جَرٍّ يَنِشُّ فَقَالَ " اضْرِبْ بِهَذَا الْحَائِطَ فَإِنَّ هَذَا شَرَابُ مَنْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mujahid bin Musa] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Walid] dari [Shadaqah Abu Mu'awiyah] dari [Zaid bin Waqid] dari [Khalid bin Abdullah] dari [Abu Hurairah] dia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dibawakan perasan dalam sebuah bejana tembikar (guci) yang telah menguap (mengalami fermentasi), maka beliau pun bersabda: "Lemparkan ia ke tembok, sesungguhnya ini adalah minuman orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " غَطُّوا الإِنَاءَ وَأَوْكُوا السِّقَاءَ وَأَطْفِئُوا السِّرَاجَ وَأَغْلِقُوا الْبَابَ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لاَ يَحُلُّ سِقَاءً وَلاَ يَفْتَحُ بَابًا وَلاَ يَكْشِفُ إِنَاءً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَعْرُضَ عَلَى إِنَائِهِ عُودًا وَيَذْكُرَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَلْيَفْعَلْ فَإِنَّ الْفُوَيْسِقَةَ تُضْرِمُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ بَيْتَهُمْ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rumh] telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'd] dari [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir bin Abdullah] dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, bahwa beliau bersabda: "Tutuplah tempat minum kalian, rapatkan bejana, matikan lampu dan tutuplah pintu kalian, sesungguhnya setan tidak akan membuka bejana, membuka pintu dan tidak dapat menyingkap tempat air minum, jika salah seorang dari kalian tidak dapat (melakukannya) kecuali hanya dengan merentangkan sebatang kayu di atas tempat minumnya, maka lakukanlah dengan menyebut nama Allah. Sesungguhnya tikus dapat merusak pemilik rumah dengan membakar rumahnya (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3410.) Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَيَانٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ بِتَغْطِيَةِ الإِنَاءِ وَإِيكَاءِ السِّقَاءِ وَإِكْفَاءِ الإِنَاءِ " .. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Hamid bin Bayan Al Wasithi] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalid bin Abdullah] dari [Suhail] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Abu Hurairah] dia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memerintahkan kami menutup tempat air, merapatkan tutup bejana dan tempayan (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا عِصْمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيشُ بْنُ خِرِّيتٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَصْنَعُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثَلاَثَةَ آنِيَةٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مُخَمَّرَةً إِنَاءً لِطَهُورِهِ وَإِنَاءً لِسِوَاكِهِ وَإِنَاءً لِشَرَابِهِ ..
