Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing مِنْ سَائِلٍ فَأُعْطِيَهُ هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ فَأَغْفِرَ لَهُ. Has told us [Rauh bin Ubadah] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] he said, Has told us [Ali bin Zaid] from [Al Hasan] from [Uthman bin Abul Ash] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "In every night there is a time when the caller (Allah) calls out, 'Is there anyone who prays until I grant him, is there anyone who asks until I give him, and is there anyone who begs? forgiveness until I forgive him.'" (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 2nd hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ Allah's blessings God bless you نَفْسِي. Has told us [Hasan bin Musa] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Sa'id Al Jurairi] from [Abul Ala] from [Uthman bin Abul Ash] and a woman from Quwais, that both of them had heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. One of the two said, "I heard him praying: "ALLAHUMMAGHFIR LII DZANBII KHATHA`II WA 'AMDII. ALLAHUMMA INNII ASTAHDIIKA LIARSYADI AMRII, WA A'UUDZU BIKA MIN SYARRI NAFSII (O Allah, forgive my sins whether intentional or not. O Allah, I ask for Your guidance so that my affairs will be straight, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُطَرِّفِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَالَ اقْتَدِ بِأَضْعَفِهِمْ وَاتَّخِذْ مُؤَذِّنًا لَا يَأْخُذُ عَلَى أَذَانِهِ أَجْرًا. Has told us [Hasan bin Musa] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Sa'id Al Jurairi] from [Abul 'Ala`] from [Mutharrif bin Abdullah] that Uthman bin Abul Ash said, "O Messenger of Allah, make me the Imam of my people." He said: "(Adjust the length of your prayer) to the weakest of them and appoint a mu`adzin who does not charge for his call to prayer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 4th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God bless you فَأَبَى أَنْ يُجِيبَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَا نَأْتِي الْخِتَانَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا نُدْعَى لَهُ. It has been told to us by [Muhammad bin Salamah Al Harrani] from [Ibn Ishaq] -namely Muhammad- from [Ubaidullah] or Ubadullah bin Thalhah bin Kariz from [Al Hasan] he said, "[Uthman bin Abi Al 'Ash] was once invited to a circumcision ceremony but he did not want to attend it. Then people asked him, so he answered: "Indeed, during the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, we have never attended a circumcision event nor have we ever been invited to one." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing فَأَمَرَ لِي بِلَبَنِ لِقْحَةٍ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَقُولُ الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ مِنْ عَذَِّ اللَّهِ كَجُنَّةِ God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَ جَوِّزْ فِي صَلَاتِكَ وَاقْدُرْ النَّاسَ بِأَضْعَفِهِمْ فَإِنَّ مِنْهُمْ الصَّغِيرَ وَالْكَبِيرَ وَالضَّعِيفَ وَذَا God willing God willing دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصَ مَعْنَاهُ. Has told us [Affan] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Sa'id Al Jurairi] from [Abul Ala`] from [Mutharrif] he said, "I met [Uthman bin Abul Ash], then he told me to drink the milk of a pregnant camel that was almost giving birth. So I said, "I am fasting." Uthman then said, "I have heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Fasting is a shield from Allah's punishment like a shield for one of you in war. And a good fast is fasting three days out of every month." Mutharrif said, "And the last message that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave me was as he said: "Lighten up your prayers and measure people with the weakest of them. Because among them there are small children, old people, and people who have needs." Having told us [Yunus] had told us [Hammad] from [Al Jurairi] from [Abul Ala`] from [Mutharrif] he said, "I met [Uthman bin Abul Ash]... then he mentioned the meaning of the hadith." God bless you عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنْ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. لِيَكُونَ أَرَقَّ لِقُلُوبِهِمْ فَاشْتَرَطُوا عَلَى may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يُحْشَرُوا وَلَا يُعْشَرُوا وَلَا يُجَبُّوا وَلَا يُسْتَعْمَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرُهُمْ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ لَكُمْ God bless you God willing God willing وَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ God willing. He told us [Affan] he said, He told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Humaid] from [Al Hasan] from [Uthman bin Abul Ash], that a messenger from the Tsaqif came to meet Rasululalh sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he placed them in the mosque so that their hearts would soften. Then they gave conditions to the Prophet (if they converted to Islam) so that they would not be obliged to pay zakat, not have a tenth of their wealth taken away, not be obliged to perform prayers and so that they would not be led by people outside their group. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "You will not be obliged to pay zakat, a tenth of your wealth will not be taken from you and you will not be commanded by people outside of you. And he also said: "There is no good in religion that does not have bowing (prayer) in it." Then Uthman bin Abi Al 'Ash said: "O Messenger of Allah, teach me the Koran and make me an Imam for my people." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing أَبِي عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنْ مَا فَارَقَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ بِقَوْمٍ فَخَفِّفْ بِهِمْ حَتَّى وَقَّتَ لِي اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ. He has told us [Affan] he said, he has told us [Wuhaib] he said, He has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman] from [Dawud bin Abu Ashim] from [Uthman bin Abul Ash], that the last of what was left by Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was, that he said: "If you pray as a leader of a people, then lighten it." Until he decided (read for me): 'IQRA` BISMI RABBIKALLADZII KHALAQ (Read, in the name of your Lord who has created)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يُنَادِي كُلَِ مِنْ سَائِلٍ فَأُعْطِيَهُ هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ فَأَغْفِرَ لَهُ هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ فَأَسْتَجِيبَ لَهُ. Has told us [Affan] he said, Has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Ali bin Zaid] from [Al Hasan] from [Uthman bin Abul Ash], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Every night there is a caller (Allah) who always calls out, 'Is there anyone who asks until I give him? Is there anyone who asks for forgiveness until I forgive him? Is there anyone who prays until I answered his prayer.'" (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 9th Hadith. God willing أَبِي الْجَعْدْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَذَاكَ عِنْدَ أَوَانِ ذَهَابِ الْعِلْمِ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهْ God willing God willing God willing لَأَرَاكَ مِنْ أَفْقَهِ رَجُلٍ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَوَلَيْسَ هَذِهِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى يَقْرَءُونَ التَّوَْ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ فَلَا يَنْتَفِعُونَ مِمَّا فِيهِمَا بِشَيْءٍ. Has told us [Waki'] has told us [Al A'masy] from [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] from [Ziyad bin Labid] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam mentioned something. And that was when knowledge was lost." Zaid bin Labid continued, "We asked, "O Messenger of Allah, will knowledge be lost while we always read the Qur'an and recite it to our children, then our children also read it to their children until the Day of Judgment comes?" He answered, "How are you, O Ibn Umm Labid! Indeed, I see that you are among the most pious people in Medina. Don't Jews and Christians read the Torah and the Gospel, but what is contained in these two books is not in the least useful for them." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهَ God bless you هَذَا أَوَانُ انْقِطَاعِ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْتُ وَكَيْفَ وَفِينَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ نُعَلِّمُهُ أَبْنَاءَنَا وَيُعَلِّمُهُ God willing لَبِيدٍ مَا كُنْتُ أَحْسَبُكَ إِلَّا مِنْ أَعْقَلِ أَهْلِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing God bless you God willing يَقُولُ ذَلِك فِيهِمْ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amru bin Murrah] he said, I heard [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'] told from [Ibnu Labid Al Ansari] he said, "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Now is the time when knowledge will begin to disappear." Syu'bah said, "Or he said: "Now is the time when knowledge is cut off." So I asked, "How can this happen when in our midst there is the Book of Allah which we always teach to our children, and our children also teach it to their children?" he said: "Hey, how are you, Ibnu Labid? I don't see you except as one of the most intelligent people in Medina. Don't the Jews and Christians have the Torah and the Gospel, and then they don't take the slightest benefit from either of them?" or he said: "Aren't the Jews and Christians or People of the Book -Syu'bah mentioned- in their midst there is the Book of Allah? God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَآخَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind بَعْدَ عَمَلِهِ شَكَّ فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَالْعَمَلِ شُعْبَةُ فِي God willing وَالْأَرْضِحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَيْمُونٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَجُلَيْنِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amru bin Murrah] from [Amru bin Maimun] from [Ubaidullah bin Rabi'ah] from [Ubaid bin Khalid As Sulami] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made two men a brother, then one of them was killed and the other died after him, and we also prayed for him. Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then asked: "What have you said?" the companions answered, "We prayed for him, 'ALLAHUMMA ALHIQHU BISHAAHIBIHI (O Allah, let him meet his companions).'" So the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Then where is the (excess) prayer after the prayer of (the killed)? Where is the (excess) fast after the fast (the killed)? And where is the (excess) practice after the (killed) prayer? -Syu'bah doubts between one of prayer and deeds- which between the two is like heaven and earth." Has told us [Abu An Nadlr] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Amru bin Murrah] he said, I heard [Amru bin Maimun] tell from [Abdullah bin Rabi'ah As Sulami] from [Ubaid bin Khalid] - one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made two men brothers... then he mentioned this hadith." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 12th Hadith. God willing مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ God willing God willing رَجُلَيْنِ فَقُتِلَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَمَاتَ الْآخَرُ بَعْدَهُ فَصَلَّيْنَا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ قَالُوا دَعَوْنَا لَهُ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ لَهُ وَأَنْ يَرْحَمَهُ وَأَنْ يُلْحِقَهُ بِصَاحِبِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَالْأَرْضِ. Has told us [Affan] has told us [Syu'bah] has told us [Ibn Murrah] he said, I heard [Amru bin Maimuhn] from [Abdullah bin Rabi'ah] from [Ubaid bin Khalid] - a man from Bani Sulaim - he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam made a brotherhood between two men. Then one of the two was killed, and after that the other one died the world. So we prayed for him. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "What are you praying for?" The companions answered, "We pray for him so that Allah will forgive him and have mercy on him, then he will be reunited with his brother." Where is the advantage of his deeds after his deeds? Where is the advantage of fasting after fasting?" he continued: "Indeed the distance between the two is as the distance between heaven and earth." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَم God willing وَسَلَّمَ. Has told us [Yahya bin Sa'id] has told us [Syu'bah] he said, has told me [Mansur] from [Tamim bin Salamah] or [Sa'id bin Ubaidah] from [Ubaid bin Khalid As Sulami] - one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - he said, "Death that comes suddenly is death because of Allah's wrath." And once he related it from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 14th Hadith. God bless you صُورٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. أَخْذَةُ أَسَفٍ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Mansur] from [Tamim bin Salamah] from [Ubaid bin Khalid As Sulami] one of the companions of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said, "Death that comes suddenly is the result of His (Allah's) wrath." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 15th Hadith. God bless you وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ نَصْرْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ الْقُرَشِيِّأَنَّهُ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ أَوْ بَعْدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah], and [Hajjaj] said; has reported to us [Syu'bah] from [Sa'id bin Ibrahim] from [Nashr bin Abdurrahman] from his grandfather [Mu'adz bin Afra` Al Qurasyi], that he once did Tawaf around the Kaaba with Mu'adz bin 'Afra' after the Asr prayer or Fajr prayer, and he did not pray again after that. So I asked him about it, then he answered, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no prayer after two prayers; after dawn until sunrise and after asr until sunset." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. God willing God willing الرَّحْمَنْ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ أَوْ بَعْدَ الصُِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى أَوْ يَقُولُ لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind الشَّمْسُ. Has told us [Affan] has told us [Syu'bah] he said, has told me [Sa'd bin Ibrahim] he said, I heard [Nashr bin Abdurrahman] from his grandfather [Mu'adz bin Afra`], that he once performed tawaf with Mu'adz bin Afra`, but he did not perform the prayer again after Asr or after Fajr. So he asked, "What is preventing you from performing your prayers?" Mu'adz answered, "I have heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibit, or say: "There is no prayer after Fajr until sunrise, nor after Asr until sunset." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God bless you God willing إِنَّ أُمَّةً مُسِخَتْ فَلَا أَدْرِي لَعَلَّ هَذَا مِنْهَا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Adi bin Thabit] from [Zaid bin Wahb] he told us from [Thabit bin Wadi'ah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that there was a man who came to him carrying several monitor lizards that he had collected, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam looked at one of them and said: "Indeed there is one among people who have been transfigured and I don't know maybe this animal is among them." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ ثَابِتِ ابْنِ وَدِيعَةَ قَالَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِم God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَيُقَلِّبُهُ وَقَالَ إِنَّ أُمَّةً مُسِخَتْ فَلَا يُدْرَى مَا فَعَلَتْ وَإِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي لَعَلَّ هَذَا مِنْهَا. Has told us [Bahz] has told us [Syu'bah] he said, has told me [Adi bin Thabit] he said, I heard [Zaid bin Wahb] tell from [Thabit bin Wadi'ah] he said, "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam with a monitor lizard that he had caught, then he looked at it and turned it over and over and said: "Indeed, there is a The Ummah has been transformed and it is no longer known what they are doing, and I do not know whether this animal is one of them." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 19th hadith. God willing ثَابِتٍ عَنْ زَيْدْ وَدِيعَةَأَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَةَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you love لَعَلَّ هَذَا مِنْهَاقَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَقَالَ حُصَيْنٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ شَيْئًا نَحْوًا مِنْ هَذَا قَالَ فَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ أَحَدًا عَنْهُ. It has been told to us [Affan] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Adi bin Thabit] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Thabit bin Wadi'ah], that a man from Bani Fazarah came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam bringing several monitor lizards. Then he flipped one of the lizards between his hands. Then he said: "Indeed there are among the people whose forms have been changed." Thabit said, "According to my knowledge he said: "And I don't know, maybe this animal is one of them." [Shu'bah] said; [Hushain] said, from [Zaid bin Wahb], from [Hudzaifah], he said, "Then he mentioned something like this regarding this animal." Hudzaifah continued, "But he did not order or forbid eating it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 20th hadith. God willing حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ الْجُهِتِ God willing God willing وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ قَالَ فَطَبَخَ النَّاسُ وَشَوَوْا قَالَ فَأَخَذْتُ ضَبًّا فَشَوَيْتُهُ فَأَتَيْتُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَوَضَعَهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَأَخَذَ عُودًا فَجَعَلَ يُقَلِّبُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing وَإِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي أَيَّ الدَّوَابِّ هِيَ قَالَ قُلْتُ إِنَّ God bless you يَنْهَهُمْ عَنْهُ. Has told us [Husain] has told us [Yazid bin Atha`] from [Hushain] from [Zaid bin Wahb Al Juhani] from [Thabit bin Yazid bin Wada'ah Al Ansari] he said, "We once hunted monitor lizards, even though at that time we were with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in some of his wars. Then the companions cooked and roasted them. I then took a monitor lizard and roasted it, After that I brought it to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and placed it in front of him. He then took wood, and with the wood he turned the lizard's fingers and said: "Indeed, there was a people from the Bani Isra'il who had been transformed into a reptile on the earth, and I did not know what animal it was." said)." He continued, "But he did not eat the meat and he also did not forbid them to eat it." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 21st Hadith. Has told us [Affan] and [Muhammad bin Ja'far] both said, Has told us [Syu'bah] -Affan mentioned in his hadith-, [Al Hakam] said, he has informed me from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Al Barra` bin Azib] from [Thabit bin Wadi'ah] he said, that he once came to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam with a monitor lizard, so he also said: "A people has been transformed, and Allah knows best." Having told us [Abdurrazaq] had told us [Ma'mar] from [Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [a sheikh he had named] from [Nu'aim bin Nahham] he said, "I heard the muezzin of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam give the call to prayer one very cold night, at that time I was wearing my blanket. So I really hoped that he would call 'Pray in your homes'. And when he came to the sentence HAYYA 'ALAL FALAAH (Let's go to victory), he shouted 'Pray in your homes.' Then I asked him about it and it turned out that the Prophet had told him to do that." (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Ali bin Ayyasy] has told us [Isma'il bin Ayyasy] he said, has told me [Yahya bin Sa'id] he said, has told me [Muhammad bin Yahya bin Habban] from [Nu'aim bin An Nahham] he said, "The morning prayer was said on a very cold day, while I was still under my wife's blanket. So I said, "Hopefully the muezzin will said 'Whoever sits (praying in his house) there is no sin for him.'" So the muezzin of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam also said at the end of his call to prayer, "MAN QA'ADA FALAA HARAJ (Whoever sits -praying in his house- there is no sin for him)." Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] he said, Has told us [Haiwah bin Syuraih] has told us [Abu Uthman Al Walid bin Abu Al Walid Al Madani] that [Imran bin Abu Anas] has told him, from [Abu Khirasy As Sulami], that he once heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever silences his brother for a year, it is as if he had shed his blood." Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] has told us [Sa'id bin Abu Ayyub] and Haiwah has told me [Abul Aswad] from [Bukair bin Abdullah] from [Busr bin Sa'id] from [Khalid bin Adi Al Juhani] he said, "I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Whoever is given goodness by his brother without asking or boasting, then let him accept it and not reject it. Hadits ke-26. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ زِيَادٍ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْأَنْصَارَ أَحَبَّهُ اللَّهُ حِينَ يَلْقَاهُ وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَ الْأَنْصَارَ أَبْغَضَهُ اللَّهُ حِينَ يَلْقَاهُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Harun] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Amru] dari [Sa'd bin Al Mundzir bin Abu Humaid As Sa'idi] dari [Hamzah bin Abu Usaid] ia berkata, saya mendengar [Al Harits bin Ziyad] salah seorang sahabat Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa mencintai orang-orang Anshar, maka Allah akan mencintainyia saat ia menjumpai-Nya. Dan barangsiapa membenci orang-orang Anshar, maka Allah akan membencinya saat ia menjumpai-Nya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-27. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُمَرِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِي لَاسٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَحَمَلَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِبِلٍ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ لِلْحَجِّ فَقُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا نَرَى أَنْ تَحْمِلَنَا هَذِهِ قَالَ مَا مِنْ بَعِيرٍ لَنَا إِلَّا فِي ذُرْوَتِهِ شَيْطَانٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِذَا رَكِبْتُمُوهَا كَمَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ ثُمَّ امْتَهِنُوهَا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا يَحْمِلُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ubaid] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ishaq] dari [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] dari [Amru bin Hakam bin Tsauban] dari [Abu Las Al Khuza'i] ia berkata, "Pada saat haji Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membawa kami di atas unta-unta sedekah. Maka kami bertanya, "Wahai Rasulullah, kami tidak mengira anda akan membawa kami seperti ini." Beliau bersabda: "Tidak seekor unta pun yang kita miliki melainkan ada setan di punuknya, maka bacalah bismillah ketika kalian akan menungganginya sebagaimana yang telah kuajarkan kepada kalian, kemudian gunakanlah unta tersebut karena sesungguhnya Allah lah yang telah mengendalikannya." Hadits ke-28. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ وَكَانَ ثِقَةً عَنِ أَبُو لَاسٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَحَمَلَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِبِلٍ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ ضِعَافٍ إِلَى الْحَجِّ قَالَ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْإِبِلَ ضِعَافٌ نَخْشَى أَنْ لَا تَحْمِلَنَا قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ بَعِيرٍ إِلَّا فِي ذُرْوَتِهِ شَيْطَانٌ فَارْكَبُوهُنَّ وَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِنَّ كَمَا أُمِرْتُمْ ثُمَّ امْتَهِنُوهُنَّ لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا يَحْمِلُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ya'qub] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [ayahku] dari [Ibn ishaq] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin alharits] dari [Umar bin hakam bin tsauban] yang ia adalah tsiqah (kuat) dari [Abu Las Al khuza'i], katanya, Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam menaikkan kami ke diantara sekawanan unta sedekah yang kurus untuk ibadah haji. Kata Tsauban, maka kami sampaikan protes: "Wahai Rasulullah, unta-unta ini sangat kurus, kami khawatir jangan-jangan ditengah jalan mereka tak kuasa mengendarakan kami." Kata Tsauban, rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam lantas mengatakan "Tidak ada satu unta pun melainkan di punuknya ada setan, maka kendarailah dan sebutlah nama Allah sebagaimana diperintahkan untuk kalian, kemudian pergunakanlah untuk kalian, sebab yang mengendarakan kalian adalah Allah Azza wa jalla." Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّهُسَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَأْخُذَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَتَاعَ صَاحِبِهِ جَادًّا وَلَا لَاعِبًا وَإِذَا وَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصَا صَاحِبِهِ فَلْيَرْدُدْهَا عَلَيْهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazaq] berkata, telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ma'mar] dari [Ibnu Abu Dzi`b] dari [Abdullah bin As Sa'ib] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Kakeknya], bahwa ia mendengar Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabada: "Jangan sekali-kali salah seorang dari kalian mengambil barang milik temannya baik sungguhan ataupun gurauan. Dan jika salah seorang dari kalian menemukan tongkat saudaranya, maka hendaklah ia mengembalikannya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-30. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَأْخُذَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَتَاعَ صَاحِبِهِ لَعِبًا جَادًّا وَإِذَا أَخَذَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصَا أَخِيهِ فَلْيَرْدُدْهَا عَلَيْهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ibnu Abu Dzi`b] dari [Abdullah bin As Sa'ib bin Yazid] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Kakeknya] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Jangang sekali-kali salah seorang dari kalian mengambil barang milik saudaranya baik sungguhan atau gurauan. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَأْخُذَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَتَاعَ صَاحِبِهِ لَعِبًا جَادًّا وَإِذَا أَخَذَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصَا أَخِيهِ فَلْيَرْدُدْهَا عَلَيْهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari [Ibnu Abu Dzi`b] ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdullah bin Sa`ib bin Yazid] dari [Bapaknya] dari Kakeknya dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Jangang sekali-kali salah seorang dari kalian mengambil barang milik saudaranya baik sungguhan atau gurauan. Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ هَاشِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا دَعَا فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ بِيَدَيْهِقَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ وَقَدْ خَالَفُوا قُتَيْبَةَ فِي إِسْنَادِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَأَحْسِبُ قُتَيْبَةَ وَهِمَ فِيهِ يَقُولُونَ عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Lahi'ah] dari [Hafsh bin Hasyim bin Utbah bin Abu Waqash] dari [As Sa'ib bin Yazid] dari [Ayahnya], bahwa ketika sedang berdoa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengangkat kedua tangannya lalu mengusap wajahnya dengan kedua tangannya." Abdullah berkata, "Orang-orang (para perawi hadits) telah menyelisihi Qutaibah dalam sanad hadis ini. Dan aku mengira bahwa Qutaibah keliru dalam sanad hadits tersebut. Mereka menyebutkan dari Khillad bin As Sa'ib, dari ayahnya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا مَجْمَعُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ مِنْ أَهْلِ قُبَاءَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ أَنَّ بَعْضَ أَهْلِهِ قَالَ لِجَدِّهِ مِنْ قِبَلِ أُمِّهِ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَمَا أَدْرَكْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَتَانَا فِي مَسْجِدِنَا هَذَا فَجِئْتُ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ فَأُتِيَ بِشَرَابٍ فَشَرِبَ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَنِي وَأَنَا عَنْ يَمِينِهِ قَالَ وَرَأَيْتُهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ صَلَّى فِي نَعْلَيْهِ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ غُلَامٌ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Malik bin Amru] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Majma' bin Ya'qub] dari penduduk Quba`, ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Isma'il], bahwa sebagian keluarganya berkata kepada kakeknya dari jalur ibunya -yakni [Abdullah bin Abu Habibah] -, "Apa yang kamu dapat dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam?" ia menjawab, "Beliau mendatangi kami di masjid kita ini, lalu aku datang dan duduk di sisi beliau. Kemudian disuguhkanlah minuman kepada beliau, lantas beliau memberikan minuman tersebut kepadaku. Sedangkan aku saat itu berada di sebelah kanannya." Abdullah berkata, "Aku juga melihat beliau shalat dengan mengenakan kedua terompahnya, sedangkan saat itu aku masih kecil." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الشَّرِيدِأَنَّ أُمَّهُ أَوْصَتْ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ عَنْهَا رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً فَسَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ عِنْدِي جَارِيَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ أَوْ نُوبِيَّةٌ فَأَعْتِقُهَا فَقَالَ ائْتِ بِهَا فَدَعَوْتُهَا فَجَاءَتْ فَقَالَ لَهَا مَنْ رَبُّكِ قَالَتْ اللَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ أَنَا فَقَالَتْ أَنْتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَعْتِقْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdushshamad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Salamah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Amru] dari [Abu Salamah] dari [Asy Syarid], bahwa ibunya telah berwasiat agar ia membebaskan seorang budak wanita atas nama ibunya. Maka ia menanyakan hal itu kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, ia berkata, "Saya memiliki seorang budak wanita berkulit hitam, lalu saya membebaskannya?" Maka beliau berkata: "Datangkanlah ia!" lalu saya memanggilnya dan budak wanita itu pun datang. Beliau kemudian bertanya: "Siapakah Rabb-mu?" budak wanita itu menjawab, "Allah." Beliau bertanya lagi, "Siapakah aku?" budak wanita itu menjawab, "Tuan adalah Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam." Beliau lalu bersabda: "Bebaskanlah, karena ia adalah seorang mukminah." Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا وَبْرُ بْنُ أَبِي دُلَيْلَةَ شَيْخٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الطَّائِفِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مُسَيْكَةَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُّ الْوَاجِدِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ عِرْضُهُ شِكَايَتُهُ وَعُقُوبَتُهُ حَبْسُهُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Wabr bin Abu Dulailah] seorang syaikh dari penduduk Tha`if, dari [Muhammad bin Maimun bin Musaikah] -lalu ia memujinya dengan kebaikan- dari [Amru bin Syarid] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Orang mampu yang menangguhkan pembayaran hutangnya, maka telah halal kehormatan atau menghukumnya." Waki' berkata, "Maksud kehormatan adalah mengadukannya, sedangkan maksud menghukumnya adalah menahan atau memenjarakannya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَارٌ لِخَدِيجَةَ بِنْتِ خُوَيْلِدٍ أَنَّهُسَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لِخَدِيجَةَ أَيْ خَدِيجَةُ وَاللَّهِ لَا أَعْبُدُ اللَّاتَ وَالْعُزَّى وَاللَّهِ لَا أَعْبُدُ أَبَدًا قَالَ فَتَقُولُ خَدِيجَةُ خَلِّ اللَّاتَ خَلِّ الْعُزَّى قَالَ كَانَتْ صَنَمَهُمْ الَّتِي كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ ثُمَّ يَضْطَجِعُونَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Usamah Hammad bin Usamah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam] -yakni Ibnu Urwah- dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Tetangga Khadijah binti Khuwailid], bahwa ia pernah mendengar Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam berkata kepada Khadijah: "Wahai Khadijah, demi Allah aku tidak akan pernah menyembah Lata dan 'Uzza. Demi Allah, selamanya aku tidak akan menyembahnya." Kemudian Khadijah berkata, "Tinggalkanlah Lata dan 'Uzza." Ia (perawi) berkata: "Itu adalah berhala yang mereka biasa sembah dan sujud kepadanya." Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَاتَلَ أَجِيرِي رَجُلًا فَعَضَّ يَدَهُ فَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فِيهِ فَأَنْدَرَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَهْدَرَهُ وَقَالَ فَيَدَعُ يَدَهُ فِي فِيكَ تَقْضِمُهَا كَمَا يَقْضِمُ الْفَحْلُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Sa'id] dari [Ibnu Juraij] ia berkata, telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Atha`] ia berkata, telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Shafwan bin Ya'la bin Umayyah] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata, "Pelayanku berkelahi dengan seorang laki-laki dan menggigit tangannya, laki-laki itu kemudian menarik tangannya dari mulut pelayanku dan memukulnya hingga menjatuhkan gigi depannya. Pelayanku lalu datang menemui Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam (minta qishash), beliau kemudian memberinya izin seraya bersabda: "Hendaklah ia letakkan tangannya di mulutmu, lalu kamu menggigitnya sebagaimana hewan jantan menggigit." Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَتَتْكَ رُسُلِي فَأَعْطِهِمْ أَوْ قَالَ فَادْفَعْ إِلَيْهِمْ ثَلَاثِينَ دِرْعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ بَعِيرًا أَوْ أَقَلَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُ الْعَارِيَةُ مُؤَدَّاةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَمْ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bahz bin Asad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammam] dari [Qatadah] dari [Atha`] dari [Shafwan bin Ya'la bin Umayyah] dari [Bapaknya] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Jika datang utusanku kepadamu maka berilah mereka, atau beliau bersabda, "maka berikanlah kepada mereka tiga puluh baju besi dan tiga puluh unta atau kurang dari itu." Maka berkatalah seorang peminjam kepada beliau, "Wahai Rasulullah, tanpa jaminan?" Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menjawab: "Ya." (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَتِيقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَيْهِ عَنْ بَعْضِ بَنِي يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَكُنْتُ مَعَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ فَاسْتَلَمَ الرُّكْنَ قَالَ يَعْلَى وَكُنْتُ مِمَّا يَلِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا بَلَغْتُ الرُّكْنَ الْغَرْبِيَّ الَّذِي يَلِي الْأَسْوَدَ وَحَدَرْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ لِأَسْتَلِمَ فَقَالَ مَا شَأْنُكَ قُلْتُ أَلَا تَسْتَلِمُ هَذَيْنِ قَالَ أَلَمْ تَطُفْ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَهُ يَسْتَلِمُ هَذَيْنِ يَعْنِي الْغَرْبِيَّيْنِ قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ فَلَيْسَ لَكَ فِيهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ قُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ فَانْفُذْ عَنْكَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazaq] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] ia berkata, telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Sulaiman bin Atiq] dari [Abdullah bin Babaih] dari [sebagian Bani Ya'la bin Umayyah] dari [Ya'la bin Umayyah] ia berkata, "Saya bersama [Umar] radliallahu 'anhu Ta'ala, lalu ia mengusap rukun." Ya'la berkata, "Saat itu aku di sisi Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, maka ketika aku sampai pada rukun sebelah barat dekat Hajar Aswad, aku pun mendekat untuk memgusapnya. Namun kemudian Umar bertanya, "Apa yang engkau lakukan?" Aku menjawab, "Tidakkah kamu mengusap kedua rukun ini?" Umar balik bertanya, "Bukankah pernah thawaf bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam?" Aku menjawab, "Tentu." Umar bertanya lagi, "Apakah kamu melihat beliau mengusap kedua rukun ini?" Aku menjawab, "Tidak." Umar berkata, "Maka tidak ada contoh yang pantas diikuti atas perbuatanmu itu." Maka aku pun berkata, "Benar." Umar berkata, "Karena itu, janganlah kamu meneruskannya." Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ عَمَّيْهِ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَاخَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ مَعَنَا صَاحِبٌ لَنَا فَاقْتَتَلَ هُوَ وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَعَضَّ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ بِذِرَاعِهِ فَاجْتَبَذَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فِيهِ فَطَرَحَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَذَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْأَلُهُ الْعَقْلَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْطَلِقُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى أَخِيهِ يَعَضُّهُ عَضِيضَ الْفَحْلِ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي يَلْتَمِسُ الْعَقْلَ لَا دِيَةَ لَكَ قَالَ فَأَطَلَّهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْنِي فَأَبْطَلَهَاحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ يَعْلَى عَنْ يَعْلَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ فِي الَّذِي يُعَضُّ أَحَدُهُمَا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ya’kub] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [ayahku] dari [Ibn ishaq] katanya, telah menceritakan kepadaku [‘Atho bin Abi rabah], dari [Shafwan bin Abdullah bin Shafwan] dari kedua pamannya, [Ya’la bin Umayyah] dan [Salmah bin Umayyah] mengatakan, kami berangkat bersama Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam dalam perang tabuk. Ikut bersama kami salah seorang kawan kami. Ia selanjutnya berkelahi sesame kaum muslimin. Si laki-laki menggigit hastanya, lantas ia menarik tangannya dari mulutnya sehingga gigi geraham yang menggigit tanggal. Si laki-laki protes kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dan meminta diyat. Namun Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam hanya bersabda: “Salah seorang kalian menemui kawannya lantas menggigitnya sebagaimana kambing pejantan menggigit lantas meminta diyat ? Tak ada diyat bagimu. Kata Ya’la atau Salmah, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam akhirnya tidak mempermasalahkan kasusnya, alias menganggap tak ada diyat.
