Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing God willing أَرْضِهِما فَأَسْلَمُوا فَخَاصَمُونِي فِيهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهْ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الرَّجُلُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِأَرْضِهِ وَمَالِهِ. It has been told to us [Waki'] It has been told to us [Aban bin Abdullah Al Balhili] It has been told to me [my uncles] from [Shakhr bin Abdullah] that the people of Banu Sulaim fled from their homeland when Islam came. So I took their land. After that, they converted to Islam and complained about the matter to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so he returned all their land and said: "If someone has embraced Islam, then he is the one who has the greatest right to his land and property." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 2nd hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing مَرَّةً الْفَرَّاءَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ الْفَرَّاءَ. Has told us [Al Fadl bin Dukain] Has told us [Sharik] from [Abu Ja'far Al Farra`] he said, I heard [Abu Umayyah Al Fazari] say; I have seen the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam cupping. And once upon a time, Abu Nu'aim did not mention, Al Faraa`. Abu Ja'far said; He has not mentioned Al Farraa`. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 3rd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قََةُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنْ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ. Has told us [Waki'] and [Ibnu Ja'far] both said, Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] -in another narration- [Ibnu Ja'far] said, I heard [Ibnu Laila] from [Abdullah bin Ukaim Al Juhani] he said; A letter came to us from the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when we were in Juhainah, while I was still small. (Which is written), "Do not take advantage of carcasses that have not been tanned or bones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ لَهُ لَوْ تَعَلَّقْتَ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ أَتَعَلَّقُ شَيْئًا وَقَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ شَيْئًا وُكِلَ إِلَيْهِ. Has told us [Waki'] Has told us [Ibn Abu Laila] from [his brother, namely Isa bin Abdurrahman], he said; We visited to see [Abdullah bin Ukaim] who was sick at the time. Then he said to him, "Suppose you want to hang something (a kind of tamimah)." So he said, "Am I going to depend on something when the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has said: 'Whoever depends on something, then (Allah will make) his dependence on that something.'" God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ وَفَاِهِ تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنْ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ. Has told us [Abdul Wahhab bin Abdul Majid Ats Tsaqafi] from [Khalid] from [Al Hakam] from [Abdullah bin Ukaim] he said; Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam wrote a letter to us a month before his death, (which said), "Do not take advantage of carcasses that have not been tanned or bones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you God willing وَلَا عَصَبٍ. Has told us [Khalaf bin Al Walid] Has told us [Abbad namely Ibn Abbad], he said, Has told us [Khalid Al Hadzdza`] from [Al Hakam bin Utaibah] from [Ibnu Abu Laila] from [Abdullah bin Ukaim Al Juhani] he said; The letter of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam reached us while we were in Juhainah, while I was still small, namely a month or two before his death. (the letter stated), "Do not take advantage of carcasses that have not been tanned or bones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 7th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing شَرِيكٌ عَنْ هِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدْ قَالَجَاءَنَا أَوْ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ. Has told us [Ibrahim bin Abul Abbas] Has told us [Sharik] from [Hilal] from [Abdullah bin 'Ukaim] he said; It has come to us -or he said- Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam wrote a letter to us (which said), "Do not take advantage of carcasses that have not been tanned or bones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَِ God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ كِتَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَرْضِ جُهَيْنَةَ وَأَنَا غُلَامٌ شَابٌِ تَسْتَمْتِعُوا مِنْ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] he said, I heard [Ibn Abu Laila] tell from [Abdullah bin Ukaim] that he said; The book of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was read to us on the earth of Juhainah. At that time, I was still small, (the letter said), "Do not take advantage of carrion, whether the skin has not been cut, or the bones." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 9th Hadith. God bless you مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَخِيهِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْن God bless you God willing. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] It has been told to us [Syu'bah] from [Muhammad, namely Ibn Abu Laila], from [his brother, namely Isa], from [Abdullah bin Ukaim] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said: "Whoever depends on something (tamimah), then (Allah will make) his heart dependent on that something." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind رَسُولَ اللَّهْ فَنَشْرَبُ مِنْهَا قَالَ لَا فَعَاوَدْتُهُ فَقَالَ لَا إِنَّا نَسْتَشْفِي بِهَا لِلْمَرِيضِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing طَارِقٍ وَقَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ أَوْ طَارِقُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ God willing وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْخَمْرِ فَنَهَاهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. Has told us [Bahz] and [Abu Kamil] both said, Has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] Has told us [Listen] from [Alqamah bin Wa`il] from [Thariq bin Suwaid Al Hadlrami] that he said; I said, "O Messenger of Allah, in our land there are grapes which we then press and drink," He said: "(You) cannot (do that)." I repeated it again, then he still said: "No way." I said again, "We give it to the sick." So he said: "It is not a medicine but rather a disease." Has told us [Hajjaj bin Muhammad] and [Muhammad bin Ja'far] both said, Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Simak bin Harb] from [Alqamah bin Wa`il] from [his father, namely Wa`il bin Hujr Al Hadlrami] -Hajjaj said, that he had witnessed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam- being asked by a man from Ja'tsam who is usually called Suwaid bin Thariq -Ibnu Ja'far said- or Tariq bin Suwaid Al Ju'fi that he once asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about khamer. So he forbade it. Then he mentioned the hadith. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 11th Hadith. God bless you مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَامَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَلِيهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ أَذًى يُؤْذِيهِ. Having told us [Ishaq bin Yusuf] from [Sufwan] from [Mansur] from [Ubaid bin Ali] from [Abu Salamah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I will make a will for every person (to be devoted to) his mother, I will be a will for every person (to be devoted to) his mother, I will be a will for every person (to be devoted to) his mother, I will be a will for every person (to be devoted to) his father, I will be a will for every person (to be devoted to) his father, and I will be a will for everyone (to be devoted to) do good) to his slave, even though there is something in him that hurts him." God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ. It has been told to us [Husain bin Muhammad] It has been told to us [Syaiban] from [Mansur] from [Abdullah bin Ali bin 'Urfuthah As Sulami] from [Al Khidasy Abu Salamah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said: "I bequeathed to every person (to be devoted) to his mother, I bequeathed to every person (to be devoted) to his father, I bequeathed "To every person (to be filial) to his mother, I will make a testament to every person (to be filial) to his father, and I will bequeath to every person (to be good) to his slave, even though there is something in him that hurts him." Has told us [Affan] Has told us [Abu Awanah] from [Mansur] from [Ubaidullah bin Urfuthah As Sulami] from [Khidasy Abu Salamah] he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "I make a testament to everyone..." then he stated its meaning. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. God willing الْأَعْمَشْ God willing مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَحْلُبُ فَقَالَ دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ. It has been told to us [Abdurrahman] It has been told to us [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] from [Abdullah bin Sinan] from [Dlirar Al Azwar] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam once passed him who was milking milk at the time, so he said: "Leave the milk press." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 14th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَِ God willing قَالَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا أَحْمِلُ لَكَ حِمَارًا God bless you God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ubaid] Has told us [Umar] namely from the Hudzaifah family, from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Dihyah Al Kalbi] he said; I said, "O Messenger of Allah, would you mind if you mated your donkey with a horse so that it gave birth to Baghal and you could ride it?" He said: "Indeed, those who do that are only people who don't know." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 15th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings تُفَتَّحُ أَبْوَاب0 message كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ يَا طَالِبَ الْخَيْرِ هَلُمَّ وَيَا طَالِبَ الشَّرِّ أَمْسِكْ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Atha` bin Sa`ib] from [Arfajah] he said; I was in the house and there was Utbah bin Farqad. Then I want to tell you a hadith. (Arfajah) Said; [A man] from the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - it seemed he knew more about the hadith - then the man narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, that he said: "In the month of Ramadlan, the gates of heaven will be opened and the gates of hell will be closed, and every devil will be chained. Then every night the caller will call, 'O seekers of goodness, come closer. And O seekers evil, endure it and stop.'" (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love God bless you مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يَقُولُ فِي رَمَضَانَ تُغَلَّقُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ النَّارِ وَتُفَتَّحُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ وَتُصَفَِ God willing وَيُنَادِي فِيهِ مَلَكٌ يَا بَاغِيَ God willing يَنْقَضِيَ رَمَضَانُ. Has told us [Ubaidah bin Humaid Abu Abdurrahman] Has told me [Atha` bin As Sa`ib] from [Arfajah] he said; I was by Utbah bin Farqad's side and he was telling me the hadith about Ramadhan. Suddenly [a man] entered from among the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. So when Utbah saw him, he welcomed him and then he remained silent. Then the man told the hadith about the month of Ramadan, he said; I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "In the month of Ramadlan, the gates of heaven will be opened and the gates of hell will be closed, and every devil will be chained. Then every night the caller will call, 'O seekers of good, come closer. And O seekers of evil, hold back and stop.' Until the month of Ramadlan is over." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَالَقَالَتْ امْرَأَةٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing عَلَيْكَ قَالَ فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ{ مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى }. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] Has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Aswad bin Qais] that he heard [Jundub Al Al Bajali] he said; A woman said to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, "I did not see your friend (Jibril), unless he had left you." So the verse came down: "Your God has not forsaken you nor (nor) hates you." (QS. Adhdhuha 3). (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 18th Hadith. God willing الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ قَيْسlam God willing God willing God bless him وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى فَلْيَذْبَحْ وَمَنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ فَلْيَذْبَحْ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ. Has told us [Affan] Has told us [Syu'bah] has told me [Al Aswad bin Qais] he said, I heard [Jundub] tell that he once attended the Eid prayer with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he gave a sermon and said: "Whoever slaughters before the prayer has been performed, then he must repeat (to slaughter the sacrificial animal) another one." Then once, he said: "And whoever has not yet slaughtered, then slaughter in the name of Allah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّّ Allah's blessings نَادَى اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي وَمُحَمَّدًو God willing God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِائَةَ رَحْمَةٍ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ رَحْمَةً وَاحِدَةً يَتَعَاطَفُ بِهَا الْخَلَائِقُ جِنُّهَا وَإِنْسُهَا وَبَهَائِمُهَا وَعِنْدَهُ or هُوَ أَضَلُّ أَمْ بَعِيرُهُ. Has told us [Abdush Shamad] Has told us [my father] Has told us [Al Jurairi] from [Abu Abdullah Al Jusyammi] Has told us [Jundub] he said; An A'rabi (Bedouin Arab) came and got off his riding animal and tied it up, then he prayed behind the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam finished praying, the man went to his riding animal, then untied the saddle and got back on it. After that, he shouted, "O Allah, have mercy on me and Muhammad, and do not have mercy on anyone else." So Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam asked (to his companions): "Are you going to say that this person is more astray, or (what is more astray) is his camel? Didn't you hear what he said?" the companions answered, "Yes, that's right." He said: "Indeed, you have narrowed (His mercy). Indeed, Allah's mercy is very wide. Allah created a hundred graces, then He sent down only one mercy. (And that one mercy) covers all His creatures, from among the jinn and humans. Meanwhile, with Him, there are still ninety-nine graces. Would you say that the man is more astray, or his Camel?" (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 20th hadith. God bless you God willing يَقُولُاشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَقُمْ لَيْلَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا God bless you قَرَبَكَ مُنْذُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثٍ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{ وَالضُّحَى وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى }. Has told us [Yahya bin Adam] Has told us [Zuhair] from [Al Aswad bin Qais] he said, I heard [Jundub bin Sufyan] say; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was sick for two nights or three nights. Then a woman came and said, "O Muhammad, I have not seen your friend for the last two or three nights." So Allah 'azza wajalla revealed the verse: "By the time the sun rises, And by the night when it is silent (dark), your Lord will not leave you nor (nor) hate you." (QS. Adhdhuha 1-2). God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ جُنْدُبِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْبَجَلِيِّ ثُمَّ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فَلْيَذْبَحْ مَكَانَهَا أُخْرَى وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ ذَبَحَ حَتَّى صَلَّيْنَا فَلْيَذْبَحْ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ. Has told us [Ubaidah bin Humaid] Has told me [Al Aswad bin Qais] from [Jundub bin Sufyan Al Bajali Al 'Aqali] that he once prayed with the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on the day of Adlha. After Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam finished praying, he found Adlha's meat and slaughter. Finally, he found out that all of them were slaughtered before prayer. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever has slaughtered before the prayer has been completed, let him slaughter another animal instead. And whoever has not slaughtered until the prayer has finished, then let him slaughter in the name of Allah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 22nd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللَّهْ وَلَا يَطْلُبَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ ذِمَّتِهِ. Has told us [Aswad bin Amir] Has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ali bin Zaid] and [Humaid] from [Al Hasan] from [Jundub] that, Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever performs the Fajr prayer, then he will be in the protection of Allah. Therefore, do not break Dzimmatullah (His protection and protection) and do not once-man, (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 23rd Hadith. Allah's blessings عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing رَسُولِ اللَّهْ God willing قَوْمٍ لَمْ يَذْبَحُوا أَوْ لَمْ يَنْحَرُوا فَقَالَ مَنْ ذَبَحَ أَوْ نَحَرَ قَبْلَ صَلَاتِنَا فَلْيُعِْ يَذْبَحْ أَوْ يَنْحَرْ فَلْيَذْبَحْ أَوْ يَنْحَرْ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ. Has told us [Waki'] Has told us [Sufyan] and [Abdurrahman] from [Sufyan] from [Al Aswad bin Qais Al Abdi] he said, I heard [Jundub bin Sufyan Al 'Alaqi] a resident of Bajilah say; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said, -while Abdurrahman said- We once went out with Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam on Eid al-Adha to meet the muslimin people whom they had slaughtered (Nahr/Dzabh) or the muslimin people who had not yet slaughtered (sacrificial animals), so he said: "Whoever has slaughtered before our prayers (Eid al-Adha), then let him repeat it (by slaughtering another sacrificial animal). Meanwhile, whoever has not yet slaughtered, let him slaughter in the name of Allah." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 24th Hadith. God willing قَيْسٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جُنْدُبًا الْعَلَقِيَّ يُحَدِّثُأَنَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ فَجَزِعَ قَالَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ قَالَ فَنَزَلَتْ{ وَالضُّحَى وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَى }. Has told us [Waki'] Has told us [Sufyan] from [Al Aswad bin Qais] he said, I heard [Jundub Al Alaqi] tell that Gabriel postponed (revelation) to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam so that he was anxious and sad. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] dari [Sufyan] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abis] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepadaku [salah seorang sahabat] Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang Al Hijamah (berbekam), Al Muwashalah (puasa wishal/menyambung puasa), akan tetapi beliau tidak mengharamkannya sehingga tetap ada ditengah-tengah para sahabatnya. Kemudian dikatakanlah kepada beliau, "Namun Anda sendiri melakukan wishal hingga waktu sahur." Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] ia berkata, Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Manshur] dari [Rib'i bin Hirasy] dari [sebagian sahabat] Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, ia berkata; "Kaum muslimin telah mamasuki hari genap yakni tiga puluh hari (bulan Ramadlan), kemudian datanglah dua orang Arab Baduwi seraya bersaksi bahwa keduanya telah melihat Hilal pada sore hari kemarin, maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pun memerintahkan kaum muslimin untuk berbuka."
