Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ حَرِيزِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هِنْدٍ الْبَجَلِيِّ وَكَانَ مِنْ السَّلَفِ قَالَ تَذَاكَرُوا الْهِجْرَةَ عِنْدَ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَهُوَ عَلَى سَرِيرِهِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَنْقَطِعُ الْهِجْرَةُ حَتَّى تَنْقَطِعَ التَّوْبَةُ ثَلَاثًا وَلَا تَنْقَطِعُ التَّوْبَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Nafi'] from [Hariz bin Uthman] from [Ibnu Abu 'Auf namely Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hindun Al Bajali] - and he is one of the Salaf scholars - He said; "People mentioned to each other about the hijrah in front of [Mu'awiyah], at that time Mu'awiyah was on his couch. Then he said; "I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "The hijrah is not interrupted until repentance is broken. -He said it three times- and repentance will not be interrupted until the sun rises from the west." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْلَا الْهِجْرَةُ لَكُنْتُ امْرَأً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Muhammad bin 'Amr] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If there had been no emigration, I would have been one of the Ansar." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولَةٌ يَدَاهُ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ أَطْلَقَهُ الْحَقُّ أَوْ أَوْبَقَهُ. It has been reported to us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Yahya bin Sa'id] from [Sa'id bin Yasar] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There is no leader who leads ten people, unless he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection with his hands shackled to his neck, no one can release him except justice or he will be harmed because injustice." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرٌو قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظُّلْمَ فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ. Has told us [Abu Al Walid] has told us [Syu'bah], has told me ['Amr], he said; I heard [Abdullah bin Al Harith] tell it from [Abu Kathir], he said; I heard [Abdullah bin 'Amr] narrate from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Away from injustice, indeed injustice is darkness on the Day of Resurrection." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُؤَيِّدُ هَذَا الدِّينَ بِالرَّجُلِ الْفَاجِرِ. Has informed us [Al Hakam bin Nafi'] has informed us [Syu'aib] from [Az Zuhri], has informed me [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] that [Abu Hurairah] said; Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, Allah strengthens this religion with fajir men." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ حَدَّثَنِي أَزْهَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَرَازِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ هُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لُحَيٍّ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِينَا فَقَالَ أَلَا إِنَّ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ افْتَرَقُوا عَلَى ثِنْتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ مِلَّةً وَإِنَّ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ سَتَفْتَرِقُ عَلَى ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِينَ اثْنَتَانِ وَسَبْعُونَ فِي النَّارِ وَوَاحِدَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ الْحَرَازُ قَبِيلَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ. Has told us [Abu Al Mughirah] has told us [Shafwan] has told me [Azhar bin Abdullah Al Harazi] from [Abu Amir i.e. Abdullah bin Luhai Al Hauzani] from [Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam stood among us and said: "Know that those before you from among the people of the book were divided into seven two religions, while this ummah will be divided into seventy-three groups. Seventy-two in Hell and one in Heaven." Abdullah said; "Al Haraz is a tribe of Yemeni people." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ الْجَعْدِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ رَأَى مِنْ أَمِيرِهِ شَيْئًا يَكْرَهُهُ فَلْيَصْبِرْ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ شِبْرًا فَيَمُوتُ إِلَّا مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Al Ja'd Abu Utsman] has told us [Abu Raja` Al 'Utharidi], he said; I heard [Ibn Abbas] narrate from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever sees in his leader something that he does not like, he should be patient, in fact no one separates himself from the Jam'ah even for an inch, then dies, then his death is like the death of ignorance." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ سَلَّ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا. Has told us [Abu Al Walid] has told us [Ikrimah bin 'Ammar] has told us [Iyas bin Salamah] from [his father] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever points a weapon at us, is not among our group." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فِي وَفْدٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ فِي قُرَيْشٍ لَا يُعَادِيهِمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا كَبَّهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ مَا أَقَامُوا الدِّينَ. Has reported to us [Al Hakam bin Nafi'] from [Syu'aib bin Abu Hamzah] from [Az Zuhri], he said; [Muhammad bin Jubair bin Muth'im] narrated from [Mu'awiyah] that he said; -while he was among the delegates of the Quraish people- "Indeed I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Indeed, the matter of this caliphate is with the Quraish people, there is no one who opposes them except Allah will insult them as long as they uphold this religion." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 10th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُرَيْشٌ وَالْأَنْصَارُ وَمُزَيْنَةُ وَجُهَيْنَةُ وَأَسْلَمُ وَغِفَارٌ وَأَشْجَعُ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ مَوْلًى دُونَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] from [Sufyan] from [Sa'd bin Ibrahim] from [Abdurrahman bin Hurmuz Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Quraish, Ansar, Muzainah, Juhainah, Aslam, Ghifar, and Ashja', they have no helper apart from Allah and His Messenger." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَ أَسْلَمُ وَغِفَارٌ خَيْرًا مِنْ الْحَلِيفَيْنِ أَسَدٍ وَغَطَفَانَ أَتُرَوْنَهُمْ خَسِرُوا قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ فَإِنَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَتْ مُزَيْنَةُ وَجُهَيْنَةُ خَيْرًا مِنْ تَمِيمٍ وَعَامِرِ بْنِ صَعْصَعَةَ وَمَدَّ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ أَتُرَوْنَهُمْ خَسِرُوا قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ فَإِنَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُمْ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ali bin Zaid] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakrah] from [his father] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "What do you think if Aslam, and Ghifar are better than their two allies, namely Asad and Ghathafan, do you see that they will suffer losses?" The friends answered; "Yeah." He said: "Indeed they (Aslam and Ghifar) are better than them (Asad and Ghathafan)." He said again: "What do you think if Muzainah and Juhainah are better than Tamim and 'Amir bin Sha'sha'ah - he raised his voice - do you see that they will suffer losses?" The friends answered; "Yeah." He said; "Indeed they (Bani Muzainah and Juhainah) are better than them (Tamim and 'Amr bin Sha'sha'ah)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ. Has told us [Abdullah bin Maslamah] has told us [Sulaiman namely Ibn Al Mughirah] from [Humaid bin Hilal] from [Abdullah bin Ash Shamit] from [Abu Dzar], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Ghifar, may Allah forgive them and Aslam, may Allah save them." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتْ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ. It has been reported to us [Al Hakam bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Abdul Aziz] from [Musa bin 'Uqbah] from [Abdullah bin Dinar] from [Ibn Umar] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Ghifar, may Allah forgive them and Aslam, may Allah save them and 'Ushayyah has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قِيلَ لِشَرِيكٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ لَا حِلْفَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَفِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَمْ يَزِدْهُ الْإِسْلَامُ إِلَّا شِدَّةً وَجِدَّةً. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sharik] from [Simak] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas], Sharik was asked; "Is it from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam?" He answered; "Yes. There is no agreement in Islam, and Jahiliyah, but it does not add to Islam except becoming stronger and closer." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِمُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ أَكَانَ أَنَسٌ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلنُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ قَالَ نَعَمْ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Syu'bah], he said; I said to [Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah]; "Did [Anas] mention that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to An Nu'man bin Muqarrin: "The children of the sisters of a people are part of them?" He said; "Yes." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ وَحَلِيفُ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ وَابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ. Has told us [Sa'id bin Al Mughirah] has told us [Isa bin Yunus] from [Katsir bin Abdullah] from [his father] from [his grandfather], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The former slaves of a people are part of them, the allies of a people are part of them, and the children of the sisters of a people are part of them." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ تَحْتَ نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ مَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمْ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ. Has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Hisyam Ad Dastawa`i] has told us [Qatadah] from [Syahr bin Hausyab] from [Abdurrahman bin Ghanm] from ['Amr bin Kharijah], he said; I was once under the camel of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and heard him say: "Whoever claims to have a lineage other than his father's (lineage lineage) or ascribes credit to someone other than his master because of hatred for them, then he will be cursed by Allah and the Angels and all mankind, and his repentance and worship will not be accepted." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَعْدٍ وَأَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّهُمَا حَدَّثَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ. It has been reported to us by [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Syu'bah] from ['Ashim] from [Abu Uthman] from [Sa'd] and [Abu Bakrah] that both of them reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever claims to have a lineage to someone other than his father, even though he knows that he is not his father, Heaven is forbidden to him." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنْ النَّاسِ فَمَنْ اتَّقَى الشُّبُهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِعِرْضِهِ وَدِينِهِ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ فِي الشُّبُهَاتِ وَقَعَ فِي الْحَرَامِ كَالرَّاعِي يَرْعَى حَوْلَ الْحِمَى فَيُوشِكُ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهُ وَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ مَلِكٍ حِمًى أَلَا وَإِنَّ حِمَى اللَّهِ مَحَارِمُهُ أَلَا وَإِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ وَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَسَدَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ أَلَا وَهِيَ الْقَلْبُ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Zakariya] from [Ash Sha'bi], he said; I heard [An Nu'man bin Basyir] say; I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "What is halal has become clear and what is haram has become clear. And between the two there are matters that are not clear, which most people do not know about. Whoever protects himself from matters that are not clear, then his religion and self-respect will be saved, but whoever falls into matters that are doubtful (unclear), means he has fallen into what is forbidden. It's like a shepherd who grazes at the edge of the yard, fearing that his livestock will fall into it. Know that every king has a prohibition, and Allah's prohibition is something that is forbidden. Know that in every body there is a lump of flesh, if a lump of flesh is good, then the whole body is good, but if a lump of flesh is damaged, then the whole body is damaged, know that the lump of blood is the heart." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 20th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَوْرَاءِ السَّعْدِيِّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ مَا تَحْفَظُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ مَسْأَلَةٍ لَا أَدْرِي مَا هِيَ فَقَالَ دَعْ مَا يَرِيبُكَ إِلَى مَا لَا يَرِيبُكَ. Has told us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Buraid bin Abu Maryam] from [Abu Al Haura` As Sa'di], he said; I said to [Al Hasan bin Ali]; "What have you memorized from the Messenger of Allah?" He answered; "A man asked him about a problem, but I don't know what the problem was, then he said: "Leave something that doubts you for something that doesn't doubt you." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ الزُّبَيْرِ أَبِي عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِكْرَزٍ الْفِهْرِيِّ عَنْ وَابِصَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِوَابِصَةَ جِئْتَ تَسْأَلُ عَنْ الْبِرِّ وَالْإِثْمِ قَالَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَجَمَعَ أَصَابِعَهُ فَضَرَبَ بِهَا صَدْرَهُ وَقَالَ اسْتَفْتِ نَفْسَكَ اسْتَفْتِ قَلْبَكَ يَا وَابِصَةُ ثَلَاثًا الْبِرُّ مَا اطْمَأَنَّتْ إِلَيْهِ النَّفْسُ وَاطْمَأَنَّ إِلَيْهِ الْقَلْبُ وَالْإِثْمُ مَا حَاكَ فِي النَّفْسِ وَتَرَدَّدَ فِي الصَّدْرِ وَإِنْ أَفْتَاكَ النَّاسُ وَأَفْتَوْكَ. Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Az Zubair Abu Abdussalam] from [Ayyub bin Abdullah bin Mikraz Al Fihri] from [Wabishah bin Ma'bad Al Asadi] that Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to Wabishah: "You have come to ask about goodness and sin?" Wabishah said; I answered; "Yes." Ayyub said; Then he clasped his fingers and hit them on Wabishah's chest while saying: "Ask yourself, ask your heart, O Wabishah. -He said it three times- Kindness is what makes the soul calm and makes the heart calm, while sin is something that leaves an impression on the soul and makes the heart doubt, even though people give you a fatwa." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ كُنْتُ آخِذًا بِزِمَامِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَوْسَطِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ أَذُودُ النَّاسَ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ رِبًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مَوْضُوعٌ أَلَا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ قَضَى أَنَّ أَوَّلَ رِبًا يُوضَعُ رِبَا عَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ لَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Ali bin Zaid] from [Abu Hurrah Ar Raqasyi] from [his uncle], he said; "I held the reins of the camel of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the middle of the days of Tasyriq, I ordered the people to stay away from it. Then he said: "Indeed, all usury during the period of ignorance has been cancelled, know that Allah has decreed that the first usury to be canceled is the usury of Abbas bin Abdul Muththalib, namely for you the capital of your property, you have not wronged or been wronged." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ هُزَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Qais] from [Huzail] from [Abdullah], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam cursed those who eat usury and those who feed from the proceeds of usury. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيَأْتِيَنَّ زَمَانٌ لَا يُبَالِي الْمَرْءُ بِمَا أَخَذَ الْمَالَ بِحَلَالٍ أَمْ بِحَرَامٍ. It has been told to us [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Yunus] has told us [Ibn Abu Dzi`b] from [Sa'id Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed there will come a time when a person will not care whether he takes his wealth in a halal or haram way." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا قَبِيصَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَحَقَّ مَا يَأْكُلُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ كَسْبِهِ وَإِنَّ وَلَدَهُ مِنْ أَطْيَبِ كَسْبِهِ. Has told us [Qabishah] has told us [Sufyan] from [Mansur] from [Ibrahim] from ['Umarah bin 'Umair] from [his aunt] from ['Aisha], he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, the best thing a person eats comes from his own efforts and indeed his children are among the best from his efforts." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 26th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ ابْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْبَقِيعِ فَقَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ حَتَّى إِذَا اشْرَأَبُّوا قَالَ التُّجَّارُ يُحْشَرُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلَّا مَنْ اتَّقَى وَبَرَّ وَصَدَقَ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد كَانَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ يَقُولُ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رِفَاعَةَ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abdullah i.e. Ibn Uthman bin Khutsaim] from [Isma'il bin Rifa'ah] from [his father] from [his grandfather], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came out to Baqi', then said: "O traders!" Until when they raised their heads, he said: "Traders will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection as those who have sinned, except for those who are pious, do good and speak the truth." Abu Muhammad said; Abu Nu'aim said; 'Ubaidullah bin Rifa'ah is Isma'il bin Ubaid bin Rifa'ah. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 27th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا قَبِيصَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ التَّاجِرُ الصَّدُوقُ الْأَمِينُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ لَا عِلْمَ لِي بِهِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ سَمِعَ مِنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَقَالَ أَبُو حَمْزَةَ هَذَا هُوَ صَاحِبُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَهُوَ مَيْمُونٌ الْأَعْوَرُ. Has reported to us [Qabishah] has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Abu Hamzah] from [Al Hasan] from [Abu Sa'id] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Honest and trustworthy traders will be with the prophets, the shiddiqin, and the martyrs'." [Abdullah] said; I don't know about that. Indeed, Al Hasan had heard from Abu Sa'id. Abu Hamza said; "This person is Ibrahim's friend, namely Maimun Al A'war." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 28th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ. Has told us [Ya'la bin 'Ubaid] has told us [Isma'il] from [Qais] from [Jarir bin Abdullah], he said; "I pledge allegiance to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam to uphold prayer and pay zakat, and advise everyone muslim." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 29th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِطَعَامٍ بِسُوقِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَأَعْجَبَهُ حُسْنُهُ فَأَدْخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ فِي جَوْفِهِ فَأَخْرَجَ شَيْئًا لَيْسَ كَالظَّاهِرِ فَأَفَّفَ بِصَاحِبِ الطَّعَامِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا غِشَّ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shalt] has told us [Abu 'Aqil Yahya bin Al Mutawakkil], he said; [Al Qasim bin 'Ubaidullah] told me from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once passed food in the Medina market, then he was amazed at how good the food was. Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam put his hand into the food, apparently he found something that was not the same as it seemed. He also felt annoyed with the owner of the food, he then said; "There should be no deception among people muslim. Whoever deceives us is not among us." (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 30th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُقَالُ هَذِهِ غَدْرَةُ فُلَانٍ. Has told us [Sa'id bin Ar Rabi'] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman], he said; I heard [Abu Wa`il] from [Abdullah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Every traitor will raise a flag on the Day of Judgment, it is said; this is Fulan's betrayal (flag)." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 31st Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَافِعِ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ الْعَدَوِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحْتَكِرُ إِلَّا خَاطِئٌ مَرَّتَيْنِ. Has told us [Ahmad bin Khalid] has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Ma'mar bin Abdullah bin Nafi' bin Nadhlah Al 'Adawi], he said; I heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Do not hoard unless you will sin." Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 32nd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْجَالِبُ مَرْزُوقٌ وَالْمُحْتَكِرُ مَلْعُونٌ. It has been reported to us by [Muhammad bin Yusuf] from [Israil] from [Ali bin Salim] from [Ali bin Zaid bin Jud'an] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Hopefully an importer will get sustenance and those who hoard may be cursed." Hadits ke-33. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ وَثَابِتٍ وَقَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ غَلَا السِّعْرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ غَلَا السِّعْرُ فَسَعِّرْ لَنَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْخَالِقُ الْقَابِضُ الْبَاسِطُ الرَّازِقُ الْمُسَعِّرُ وَإِنِّي أَرْجُو أَنْ أَلْقَى رَبِّي وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَطْلُبُنِي بِمَظْلَمَةٍ ظَلَمْتُهَا إِيَّاهُ بِدَمٍ وَلَا مَالٍ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Amr bin 'Aun] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Hammad bin Salamah] dari [Humaid] serta [Tsabit] dan [Qatadah] dari [Anas], ia berkata; Pernah terjadi krisis pada masa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, lalu orang-orang berkata; "Wahai Rasulullah, harga barang-barang telah melonjak, oleh karena itu tetapkanlah harga untuk kami! " Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Sesungguhnya Allah adalah Pencipta, Dzat yang membentangkan rizqi serta Pemberi rizqi dan yang menentukan harga. Sesungguhnya aku berharap dapat bertemu dengan Rabbku, sementara tidak ada salah seorang dari kalian yang menuntut kezhaliman yang pernah aku lakukan terhadapnya, baik yang berkaitan dengan darah maupun harta." Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ حَدَّثَهُمْ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَلَقَّتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رُوحَ رَجُلٍ مِمَّنْ قَبْلَكُمْ فَقَالُوا عَمِلْتَ مِنْ الْخَيْرِ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ لَا قَالُوا تَذَكَّرْ قَالَ كُنْتُ أُدَايِنُ النَّاسَ فَآمُرُ فِتْيَانِي أَنْ يُنْظِرُوا الْمُعْسِرَ وَيَتَجَاوَزُوا عَنْ الْمُوسِرِ قَالَ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَجَاوَزُوا عَنْهُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Yunus] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zuhair] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Manshur bin Al Mu'tamir] dari [Rib'i bin Hirasy] bahwa [Hudzaifah] telah menceritakan kepada mereka, ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Para Malaikat mengambil ruh seorang laki-laki dari kaum sebelum kalian. Para Malaikat berkata; "apakah engkau telah melakukan suatu kebaikan?" laki-laki itu menjawab; "Tidak." Para malaikat berkata; "Ingat-ingatlah!." Laki-laki itu berkata; "Dahulu aku pernah memberikan hutang kepada orang-orang, lalu aku memerintahkan kepada para pembantuku agar memberikan tangguh kepada mereka yang kesulitan, serta memberi kelapangan dalam pembayaran hutang kepada orang-orang yang kaya." Hadits ke-35. أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ. Telah mengbarkan kepada kami [Sa'id bin 'Amir] dari [Sa'id] dari [Qatadah] dari [Shalih Abu Al Khalid] dari [Abdullah bin Al Harts] dari [Hakim bin Hizam] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Dua orang yang berjual beli, memiliki hak memilih selama mereka belum berpisah, dan apabila mereka jujur dan memberikan penjelasan, maka mereka akan diberkahi dalam jual beli tersebut, namun apabila ia berdusta dan menyembunyikan aib, maka berkah jual beli akan terhapus darinya." Hadits ke-36. أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْبَيِّعَانِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَا وَالْبَيْعُ قَائِمٌ بِعَيْنِهِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْبَيْعَ. Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَهُ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Abdullah Ar Raqasyi] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Zurai'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad yaitu Ibnu Ishaq] dari [Yazid bin Abu Habib] dari [Abdurrahman bin Syimasah] dari ['Uqbah bin 'Amir], ia berkata; aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Tidak halal bagi orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari Akhir membeli barang yang telah dibeli (dipesan) saudaranya, hingga ia meninggalkannya." Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ. Hadits ke-39. أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثٌ فَفَسَّرَهُ قَتَادَةُ إِنْ وَجَدَ فِي الثَّلَاثِ عَيْبًا رَدَّهُ بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ وَإِنْ وَجَدَهُ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ لَمْ يَرُدَّهُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Yazid bin Harun] dari [Hammam] dari [Qatadah] dari [Al Hasan] dari ['Uqbah bin 'Amir], ia berkata; Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jaminan seorang budak selama tiga hari." Kemudian Qatadah menjelaskannya; "Apabila ia mendapatkan aib dalam tiga hari, maka ia boleh mengembalikannya tanpa adanya bukti, namun jika ia mendapatkan cacatnya setelah berlalu tiga hari, maka ia tidak boleh mengembalikan budak tersebut kecuali dengan bukti yang nyata." Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ هُوَ ابْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً أَوْ لَقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ.
