هذا الكتاب يتناول فقه النوازل المتعلقة بأمور العبادات، مركزاً على أحكام الطهارة والصلاة. يبدأ بتعريف مفهوم النوازل وبيان أهميتها في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم يدرس سلسلة من المسائل الفقهية المستجدة في مجال الطهارة كاستخدامات العقاقير الكيميائية والتقنيات الحديثة في تنظيف الجسم وتطهيره. ينتقل بعدها إلى نوازل الصلاة، مستعرضاً قضايا معاصرة تتعلق بأدائها وشروطها في العصر الحديث. الكتاب من إعداد الدكتور خالد المشيقح وهو عبارة عن محاضرات علمية مرتقمة آلياً ضمن دورة فقهية أقيمت في جامع الراجحي ببريدة.

Translation

This book deals with the jurisprudence of calamities related to matters of worship, focusing on the provisions of purity and prayer. It begins by defining the concept of calamities and explaining their importance in Islamic jurisprudence, then studies a series of emerging jurisprudential issues in the field of purity, such as the uses of chemical drugs and modern technologies in cleaning and purifying the body. He then moves on to the issues of prayer, reviewing contemporary issues related to its performance and conditions in the modern era. The book was prepared by Dr. Khaled Al-Mushayqih, and it consists of automatically numbered scientific lectures within a jurisprudence course held at Al-Rajhi Mosque in Buraidah.
