كتاب «بحوث في قضايا فقهية معاصرة» لمؤلفه القاضي محمد تقي العثماني يجمع مجموعة من البحوث الفقهية التي تناولت مسائل حديثة في الشريعة الإسلامية، حيث يتطرق إلى أحكام البيع بالتقسيط والبيع بالتعاطي والاستجرار، وعقود المستقبليات في السلع، وأحكام الأوراق النقدية وتغير قيمة العملة، إضافة إلى مواضيع التمويل العقاري والودائع المصرفية والذبح واللحوم المستوردة وغيرها من القضايا المعاصرة. يهدف المؤلف إلى إظهار كيفية استنباط الأحكام الفقهية للمستجدات في ضوء الأصول الشرعية.
Translation
The book “Research on Contemporary Jurisprudential Issues” by Judge Muhammad Taqi Al-Othmani brings together a group of jurisprudential research that dealt with modern issues in Islamic law, as it addresses the provisions of installment sales, sale by contract and rental, futures contracts in goods, the provisions of banknotes and changes in the value of the currency, in addition to the topics of real estate financing, bank deposits, slaughter, imported meat, and other contemporary issues. The author aims to show how to derive jurisprudential rulings for new developments in light of Sharia principles.
