A book of research and issues that presents the concept of jihad in Islam and is based on the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah to clarify the obligation of jihad and determine who should wage jihad and how to call and fight. It also addresses the prohibition of departing from the Muslim ruler and presents arguments in this regard, while clarifying an alternative to takfir groups. The author concludes with a comprehensive analysis of the topic in a conclusion that summarizes the above.
