هذا كتاب بحثي يتناول موضوع التمكين في الأرض مستندًا إلى الآية 41 من سورة الحج، ويستعرض الدعائم الأربع التي تقوم عليها الدولة المسلمة وهي إقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. ينتقل المؤلف من دراسة تفسيرية للآية الكريمة وأسباب نزولها وأقوال المفسرين فيها، إلى تفصيل ماهية كل دعامة وأهميتها، ثم يربط ذلك بتطبيق هذه الدعائم في المملكة العربية السعودية منذ عهد مؤسسها الأول الملك عبد العزيز، مع بيان ثمرات هذا التطبيق.

Translation

This is a research book that deals with the subject of empowerment on earth, based on verse 41 of Surat Al-Hajj, and reviews the four pillars upon which the Muslim state is based, which are establishing prayer, paying zakat, enjoining good and forbidding evil. The author moves from an explanatory study of the Noble Verse, the reasons for its revelation, and the commentators’ sayings about it, to detailing the nature of each pillar and its importance. Then, he links this to the application of these pillars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the era of its first founder, King Abdul Aziz, with an explanation of the fruits of this application.
