هذا البحث يتناول بالتفصيل رخصة الفطر في السفر خلال شهر رمضان، مستعرضًا معناها اللغوي والشرعي، وبيان مقدار المسافة المبيحة لها، والخلاف الفقهي حول كونها رخصة أم عزيمة، وأفضلية الصيام أو الفطر للمسافر القادر. كما يبحث في الآثار المترتبة على الأخذ بهذه الرخصة، مثل كيفية القضاء وحكم التتابع فيه، وحكم من فرط في القضاء حتى أدركه رمضان آخر أو مات، وذلك في إطار قاعدة رفع الحرج والسماحة في الشريعة الإسلامية.

Translation

This research deals in detail with the permission to break the fast when traveling during the month of Ramadan, reviewing its linguistic and legal meaning, explaining the amount of distance permitted for it, the jurisprudential disagreement over whether it is a permission or an intention, and the preference of fasting or breaking the fast for the able traveler. It also examines the implications of adopting this permission, such as how to make up for it, the ruling on successiveness in it, and the ruling on someone who neglects to make up until another Ramadan catches up with him or he dies, within the framework of the rule of removing hardship and tolerance in Islamic law.
