Translation
This book is a jurisprudential investigation into the reality of insurance contracts and their legal ruling. It begins with a historical foundation of the principle of insurance and its origin, then defines the insurance contract and judges it through a discussion of the legal evidence related to deception, usury, gambling, and selling debt for debt. The book presents and responds to the arguments of those who authorize insurance, and attempts to provide a clear jurisprudential adaptation of the cooperative insurance contract, distinguishing it from commercial insurance.
