Translation

A book that examines the provisions of marriage and religious duties in Islamic law, beginning with an explanation of the status of women before and after Islam. The book discusses in detail the introductions to marriage, such as choice and engagement, then the pillars of the marriage contract, its conditions and etiquette, with reference to issues such as polygamy and the feast. Through these topics, the author aims to highlight Islam’s tolerance and honor for women, and to emphasize the importance of marriage in building the family and society.
