هذا الكتاب دراسة مقارنة في مقدمات النكاح وأحكامه الشرعية، يبدأ بتعريف النكاح وأدلة مشروعيته وحكمه، ثم يتناول الأسس الشرعية لاختيار الزوجين، وأحكام الخطبة والإذن في النكاح، وأركان عقد النكاح، والولاية والكفاءة والشهادة فيه، مستنداً إلى الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة.

Translation

This book is a comparative study in the introductions to marriage and its legal rulings. It begins with the definition of marriage and the evidence of its legality and ruling. Then it deals with the legal foundations for choosing spouses, the provisions of engagement and permission for marriage, the pillars of the marriage contract, guardianship, competence and testimony in it, based on evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
