يقدّم الكتاب دراسة شرعية حول مفهوم الإرهاب الموجه إلى المستأمنين وموقف الشريعة الإسلامية منه، حيث يعرّف الإرهاب ويحرمته في الإسلام ويستعرض تعريف الأمان وأركانه وصيغه مستنداً إلى أدلة من الكتاب والسنة. كما يبيّن الواجبات التي على المسلم تجاه المستأمنين من عدل وعدم التعدي وإحسان، ويستعرض ما يلزم المستأمنين في بلاد المسلمين، مختتماً بتوصياته.

Translation

The book presents a legal study on the concept of terrorism directed at those who are safe, and the position of Islamic law on it. It defines terrorism and prohibits it in Islam, and reviews the definition of security, its pillars, and its formulas, based on evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. It also explains the duties that a Muslim has towards those who trust him, such as justice, non-transgression, and benevolence, and reviews what is required of those who trust him in Muslim countries, concluding with his recommendations.
