الكتاب «الحجاب شريعة الله في الإسلام واليهودية والنصرانية» لسامي عامري يتناول الحجاب كقضية دينية واجتماعية من منظور إسلامي ويهودي ونصراني، مستنداً إلى نصوص الشريعة والفقه وتاريخ اللباس في الديانات الثلاث. يشرح المؤلف في فصوله تعريف الحجاب في الإسلام، وجوب تغطية الرأس، والرد على الشبهات المعاصرة، ثم ينتقل إلى دراسة أصول الحجاب في اليهودية من العهد القديم إلى الفقه اليهودي، وأخيراً يستعرض مواقف النصرانية من العهد الجديد إلى تقاليد الكنائس. يختتم العمل بكلمة ختامية تلخّص الرؤى المقارنة وتؤكد على أهمية الحجاب كقيمة روحية وثقافية.

Translation

The book “The Hijab is God’s Law in Islam, Judaism, and Christianity” by Sami Amiri deals with the hijab as a religious and social issue from an Islamic, Jewish, and Christian perspective, based on the texts of Sharia, jurisprudence, and the history of dress in the three religions. In his chapters, the author explains the definition of the hijab in Islam, the obligation to cover the head, and responds to contemporary suspicions. Then he moves on to study the origins of the hijab in Judaism from the Old Testament to Jewish jurisprudence, and finally reviews the positions of Christianity from the New Testament to the traditions of the churches. The work concludes with a concluding speech that summarizes the comparative views and emphasizes the importance of the hijab as a spiritual and cultural value.
