The book presents reflections on the call of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, examining its goals, method, and circumstances of its emergence. It focuses on the soundness of the approach and the clarity of the goals in the Sheikh’s call, and the role of the House of Saud in spreading it, noting that the Sheikh was influenced by the nation’s predecessors and scholars, in particular Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. The book also addresses how this call restored the status of Muslims in the Arabian Peninsula and their hope of building strong Islamic societies.
