Translation
This is a book that studies the poetry of prophetic praise in the sixth and seventh centuries AH, with a focus on the era that witnessed the Crusades. The author presents an analytical study of the artistic value of this poetry, and presents selected examples of the poems of a number of poets of that era, such as Ibn Bint Al-Azz, Ibn Daqiq Al-Eid, and Ibn Al-Saati. The book aims to show how prophetic praise was a means of expressing pain, hope, and turning to God and His Messenger in times of adversity and adversity that passed through the Islamic world.
