هذا كتاب في الفقه الحنفي، وهو شرح لمتن "الجامع الصغير" الذي جمعه محمد بن الحسن من أربعين كتابًا فقهيًا، ويعد من أمهات المسائل التي لا ينبغي لمن يتقلد القضاء والفتوى أن يخلو من حفظها. يبدأ الشرح بكتاب الصلاة وأبوابه المتعلقة بالوضوء والنجاسة والإمامة والقراءة وغيرها، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الزكاة وما يتصل به من أبواب العشور والخراج.

Translation

This is a book on Hanafi jurisprudence, and it is an explanation of the text of “Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir” compiled by Muhammad bin Al-Hasan from forty jurisprudential books, and it is considered one of the most important issues that no one who holds the position of judge and fatwa should be without memorizing. The explanation begins with the Book of Prayer and its chapters related to ablution, impurity, imamate, reading, etc., then moves to the Book of Zakat and the related chapters of tithes and tax.
