About this work

كتاب "الجوهرة النيرة" هو شرح مختصر لمتن "مختصر القدوري" في الفقه على المذهب الحنفي، جمعه المؤلف بألفاظ مختصرة وعبارات واضحة ليكون سهل الفهم. يبدأ الكتاب بمقدمة ثم يتناول كتاب الطهارة بشمول، متطرقًا لسننها وموجبات الغسل والتيمم والمسح على الخفين وأحكام الحيض والنجاسات، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة فيفصل أحكام الأذان وشروط الصلاة وصفاتها وقضاء الفوائت والنوافل وسجود السهو وصلاة الجمعة والعيدين والكسوف.

Translation

The book “The Bright Jewel” is a brief explanation of the text of “Mukhtasar Al-Qadouri” in jurisprudence according to the Hanafi school of thought. The author compiled it with brief words and clear phrases to make it easy to understand. The book begins with an introduction and then deals with the Book of Purity in a comprehensive manner, touching on its Sunnahs, the requirements for washing, tayammum, wiping over the socks, and the rulings on menstruation and impurities. Then it moves to the Book of Prayer, detailing the rulings on the call to prayer, the conditions and characteristics of prayer, making up for missed prayers, voluntary prayers, prostration of forgetfulness, Friday prayers, the two Eids, and the eclipse.
