هذا كتاب في الفقه الحنفي لمحمد بن الحسن الشيباني، يتناول أحكام الجهاد والسير، ويضم أبوابًا متنوعة تشمل آداب الغزو، وقسمة الغنائم والخمس، وأحكام السبايا والأسرى، والصلح والموادعة مع أهل الحرب، وأحكام المستأمنين والتجارة في دار الحرب، بالإضافة إلى مسائل الردة والجنايات. يبدأ الكتاب بذكر أحاديث وآثار عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في آداب الغزو وتوجيه الجيوش.

Translation

This is a book on Hanafi jurisprudence by Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Shaybani. It deals with the rulings on jihad and conduct, and includes various sections that include the etiquette of invasion, the division of spoils and the fifth, the rulings on captives and captives, reconciliation and farewell with the people of war, the rulings on trustworthy persons and trade in the land of war, in addition to issues of apostasy and felonies. The book begins by mentioning hadiths and traces of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding the etiquette of invasion and directing armies.
