العناية شرح الهداية هو كتاب فقه على المذهب الحنفي شرح فيه مؤلفه أكمل الدين البابرتي (ت 786هـ) كتاب الهداية شرح بداية المبتدي في فروع الفقه الحنفي للإمام شيخ الإسلام برهان الدين المرغيناني (ت 593هـ) وسماه: العناية شرح الهداية، اختصره من كتاب النهاية شرح الهداية لشيخه حسام الدين السغناقي (ت 710هـ) فجاء به منقحاً ومهذباً، ذكر فيه الدليل ورتبه ترتيباً فقهياً بالكتب والفصول، وذكر فيه آراء علماء مذهبه وبين الراجح منها، كما يذكر آراء علماء المذاهب الأخرى، ويتعرض لشرح بعض الألفاظ شرحاً لغوياً لبيان المعنى المراد.

Translation

Al-Inaya Sharh al-Hidaya is a book of jurisprudence according to the Hanafi school of thought, in which its author, Akmal al-Din al-Babarti (d. 786 AH), explained the book al-Hidaya, an explanation of the beginning of al-Mubtadi in the branches of Hanafi jurisprudence, by Imam Sheikh al-Islam Burhan al-Din al-Marghinani (d. 593 AH). He called it: al-Inaya, Sharh al-Hidaya. He abbreviated it from the book al-Nihayah Sharh al-Hidaya by his sheikh Hussam al-Din al-Saghnaqi (d. 710 AH), and he brought it revised. He is polite, in which he mentions the evidence and arranges it in a jurisprudential order in the books and chapters. He mentions the opinions of the scholars of his sect and clarifies the most correct ones. He also mentions the opinions of the scholars of other sects, and he explains some words linguistically to clarify the intended meaning.
