كتاب "الغرة المنيفة في تحقيق بعض مسائل الإمام أبي حنيفة" لسراج الدين الغَزْنَوي هو عمل فقهي على المذهب الحنفي، ألفه استجابة لطلب أمير كبير، حيث ترجم فيه كتابًا فارسيًا إلى العربية وزاد عليه أدلة ومناقشات منسوبة للإمام أبي حنيفة. ينتظم الكتاب في أبواب فقهية متسلسلة تبدأ بالطهارة وتنتهي بالعتاق، ويعرض المسائل الخلافية مع الاستدلال لها، كما يظهر من مقدمته التي تشير إلى منهجه في إيراد الحجج والردود.
Translation
The book “Al-Gharrah al-Munifah fi Taqihqi Some Issues of Imam Abu Hanifa” by Siraj al-Din al-Ghaznawi is a work of jurisprudence based on the Hanafi school of thought, which he wrote in response to the request of a great prince, in which he translated a Persian book into Arabic and added to it evidence and discussions attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa. The book is organized into sequential jurisprudential sections that begin with purity and end with emancipation, and presents controversial issues with reasoning for them, as appears from its introduction, which indicates his approach in presenting arguments and responses.
