Translation

This book is a footnote to “Rad al-Muhtar” by Ibn Abidin, and it is a continuation of the explanation of “Al-Durr al-Mukhtar” in Hanafi jurisprudence. The book deals with various jurisprudential topics related to drinking, hunting, mortgages, felonies, blood money, wills, obligations, and certificates, and aims to clarify and supplement the jurisprudential rulings in the Hanafi schools of thought.
