كتاب في الفقه الحنفي، جمعه مؤلفه لما ابتلي بالقضاء، ليكون مختصرًا معينًا للحكام على فصل القضايا والأحكام. رتبه على ثلاثين فصلاً، تناول فيها جملة من أبواب الفقه كآداب القضاء، والدعاوى والبينات، والشهادات، والوكالة، والنكاح، والبيوع، والجنايات والحدود، وغيرها، منتخبًا ذلك من كتب أئمة المذهب.

Translation

A book on Hanafi jurisprudence, compiled by its author when he was afflicted with the judiciary, to be a brief summary for the rulers in detailing cases and rulings. He arranged it into thirty chapters, in which he dealt with a number of sections of jurisprudence, such as judicial ethics, lawsuits and evidence, testimonies, power of attorney, marriage, sales, felonies and punishments, and others, selecting these from the books of the imams of the school of thought.
