هذا الكتاب هو متن مختصر في الفقه على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة، جمعه المؤلف المَرْغِيناني ليكون أساسًا للمبتدئين في دراسة الأحكام الفقهية. يبدأ الكتاب بباب الطهارة، فيشرح فروض الوضوء وسننه ونواقضه، ثم ينتقل إلى أحكام الغسل والنجاسات، ليتناول بعدها فصولًا في الصلاة والزكاة والصيام والنكاح والطلاق، وغيرها من أبواب الفقه الحنفي.

Translation

This book is a brief text on jurisprudence based on the doctrine of Imam Abu Hanifa, compiled by the author Al-Marghinani to be a basis for beginners in studying jurisprudential rulings. The book begins with the chapter on purity, and explains the obligations of ablution, its Sunnahs, and what contradicts it. Then it moves to the rulings on washing and impurities, after which it deals with chapters on prayer, zakat, fasting, marriage, divorce, and other sections of Hanafi jurisprudence.
