كتاب "مجمع الأنهر في شرح ملتقى الأبحر" هو شرح لمتن "ملتقى الأبحر" في الفقه على المذهب الحنفي، وقد جمعه مؤلفه ليجمع مسائل كتب الفقه المعتمدة كالقدوري والمختار والكنز والوقاية، مع إضافة مسائل من المجمع والهداية. يهدف الكتاب إلى تقديم المسائل بعبارة سهلة مع بيان الخلاف بين الأئمة وترجيح الأقوى والأصح للفتوى، ويبدأ بخطبة الكتاب ثم يتناول أبواب الفقه ابتداءً من كتاب الطهارة.

Translation

The book “Majma’ Al-Anhar fi Sharh Multaqa Al-Abhr” is an explanation of the text of “Multaqa Al-Abhr” in jurisprudence according to the Hanafi school of thought. It was compiled by its author to bring together the issues of the approved books of jurisprudence such as Al-Qadduri, Al-Mukhtar, Al-Kanz and Al-Waqiya, with the addition of issues from Al-Majma’ and Al-Hidaya. The book aims to present the issues in easy terms, clarify the disagreement between the imams, and give preference to the strongest and most correct fatwa. It begins with the book’s sermon and then addresses the chapters of jurisprudence, starting with the book on purity.
