هذا الكتاب هو شرحٌ لمتن "مختصر الخرقي" في الفقه على المذهب الحنبلي، ألقاه الشيخ عبد الكريم الخضير في دروسٍ مسجلة، ويبدأ بكتاب الطهارة. يتناول الشارح بالبيان والتفصيل مسائل الفقه الحنبلي انطلاقًا من نص المختصر، معتمدًا على أسلوبٍ تعليمي يهدف إلى تقريب العبارات الفقهية للطلاب. يضم الكتاب ثلاثة وسبعين درسًا مرقّمة آليًا، ويُعنى بشرح أحكام الطهارة كالمياه والآنية والوضوء والغسل والتيمم.

Translation

This book is an explanation of the text of “Mukhtasar Al-Kharqi” in jurisprudence according to the Hanbali school of thought, delivered by Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Khudair in recorded lessons, and it begins with the Book of Purity. The commentator addresses in detail and explanation the issues of Hanbali jurisprudence based on the text of the summary, relying on an educational method that aims to bring jurisprudential expressions closer to students. The book includes seventy-three lessons, numbered automatically, and is concerned with explaining the provisions of purity such as water, utensils, ablution, washing, and tayammum.
