الإقناع في فقه الإمام أحمد بن حنبل ويسمى اختصارًا الإقناع كتاب فقهي ألفه الفقيه شرف الدين أبوالنجا موسى بن أحمد الحجاوي المقدسي الصالحي (ت: 968 هـ)، وهو كتاب على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل. يعد الكتاب ديوان المذهب الحنبلي، حيث قام الحجاوي بتكوين متن يجمع بين كتاب الفروع لابن مفلح ومحاسن تصحيحات علاء الدين المرداوي، فألف كتاب الإقناع، والذي جمع فيه الراجح من أقوال المتقدمين والمتأخرين. قام بتحقيق الكتاب عبد اللطيف محمد موسى السبكي.

Translation

Persuasion in the jurisprudence of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. It is called “Al-Iqna’” for short, a jurisprudential book written by the jurist Sharaf al-Din Abu al-Najah Musa ibn Ahmad al-Hijjawi al-Maqdisi al-Salhi (d. 968 AH), and it is a book based on the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. The book is considered a collection of the Hanbali doctrine, as Al-Hijjawi compiled a text that combines the book Al-Furu’ by Ibn Muflih and the virtues of the corrections of Alaa Al-Din Al-Mardawi. He wrote the book Al-Iqna’, in which he collected the most correct sayings of the early and late ones. The book was edited by Abdul Latif Muhammad Musa Al-Sabki.
