دليل الطالب لنيل المطالب الكتاب هو متن في فقه الحنابلة، ألفه مرعي الكرمي (ت: 1033 هـ / 1624م). مشى فيه المؤلف على قول واحد وهو الراجح في مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل. ذكر المحققون أن الكرمي اعتمد في تأليف كتابه على كتاب منتهى الإرادات لابن النجار الفتوحي، واختلفوا على قولين: الأول وصف كتاب الدليل على أنه مختصر منتهى الإرادات ومنهم صالح البهوتي، الثاني وصف الدليل بأنه مختصر من منتهى الإرادات ولم يقتصر عليه فقط بل زاد عليه من كتاب الإقناع وممن قال بهذا الرأي أحمد بن عوض وابن بشر النجدي. ذكر المؤلف في مقدمة كتابه:

A student’s guide to achieving demands The book is a text on Hanbali jurisprudence, written by Mar’i Al-Karmi (d. 1033 AH / 1624 AD). The author based it on one opinion, which is the most correct opinion in the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. The investigators mentioned that Al-Karmi relied in writing his book on the book Muntaha Al-Iradat by Ibn Al-Najjar Al-Futuhi, and they disagreed on two opinions: The first described the book Al-Dalil as a summary of Muntaha Al-Iradat, including Saleh Al-Bahuti. The second described Al-Dalil as a summary of Muntaha Al-Iradat and was not limited to it only, but added to it from the book Al-Iqna’. Among those who held this opinion were Ahmad bin Awad and Ibn Bishr Al-Najdi. The author stated in the introduction to his book:
