كتاب "مسائل الإمام أحمد بن حنبل وإسحاق بن راهويه" من تأليف إسحاق بن منصور الكوسج، وهو من كتب الفقه الحنبلي التي تجمع مسائل فقهية متنوعة. يضم الكتاب أسئلة وجهها المؤلف إلى الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، ثم وجه الأسئلة ذاتها غالباً إلى الإمام إسحاق بن راهويه، مع تقديم قول سفيان الثوري في المسألة أحياناً. يتميز الكتاب بكثرة مسائله التي تبلغ حوالي ثلاثة آلاف وستمائة مسألة، وبمكانة مؤلفه العلمية والثقة، حيث عرض المسائل على الإمام أحمد فأقرها له، مما أضاف إليها توثيقاً إضافياً.

Translation

The book “Issues of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Ishaq ibn Rahawayh” was written by Ishaq ibn Mansur al-Kawsaj, and it is one of the books of Hanbali jurisprudence that collects various jurisprudential issues. The book includes questions directed by the author to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and then he often directed the same questions to Imam Ishaq ibn Rahawayh, while sometimes presenting the words of Sufyan al-Thawri on the issue. The book is distinguished by its large number of issues, which amount to about three thousand and six hundred issues, and by the scholarly and trustworthy status of its author, as he presented the issues to Imam Ahmad and he approved them for him, which added additional documentation to them.
