كتاب يضم مسائل فقهية رواها أبو داود السجستاني عن الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، ويُصنف ضمن الفقه الحنبلي. يتناول الكتاب أحكام الطهارة كاستقبال القبلة ونجاسة الماء، ويفصل في مسائل الصلاة من مواقيت وقراءة وإمامة وقنوت وسدل، بالإضافة إلى أحكام الجماعة والقبلة والمساجد. المادة العلمية مأخوذة من أسئلة وأجوبة مباشرة بين التلميذ وشيخه، مما يعطي صورة عن منهج الإمام أحمد في الاستدلال والفتوى.

Translation

A book containing jurisprudential issues narrated by Abu Dawud al-Sijistani on the authority of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and it is classified within Hanbali jurisprudence. The book deals with the rulings of purity, such as facing the Qiblah and the impurity of water, and details the issues of prayer, such as timings, recitation, leading, qunoot, and praying, in addition to the rulings on congregational prayer, the qiblah, and mosques. The scientific material is taken from direct questions and answers between the student and his sheikh, which gives a picture of Imam Ahmad’s approach to reasoning and fatwa.
