هذا كتاب فقهي على المذهب المالكي، اختصر فيه المؤلف "المدونة" الكبرى لسحنون، ورتب مسائله في أبواب الفقه المعروفة كالطهارة والصلاة والزكاة والحج والنكاح وغيرها. تميز الكتاب باختصاره وإيجازه مع سلامة اللفظ ودقة الأسلوب، واعتمد فيه على رواية متصلة السند إلى سحنون. وقد تضمنت النسخة المحققة مقدمة تعريفية بالمصنف وقيمة الكتاب العلمية، بالإضافة إلى رسالة في التعريف بأصحاب مالك.
Translation
This is a jurisprudential book according to the Maliki school of thought, in which the author summarized Sahnoun’s “Madwana Al-Kubra” and arranged its issues into well-known jurisprudence sections such as purity, prayer, zakat, Hajj, marriage, and others. The book was distinguished by its shortness and conciseness, with correct pronunciation and accuracy of style. It was based on a narration with a continuous chain of transmission from Sahnoun. The verified copy included an introductory introduction to the work and the book’s scientific value, in addition to a message introducing Malik’s companions.
