القوانين الفقهية كتاب وضعه مصنفه ابن جزي الكلبي في قوانين الأحكام الشرعية ومسائل الفروع الفقهية على مذهب إمام المدينة أبي عبد الله مالك بن أنس وقد زاد إلى ذلك التنبيه على كثير من الاتفاق والاختلاف الذي بين الإمام مالك بن أنس وبقية المذاهب الحنفية والشافعية والحنابلة لتكمل بذلك الفائدة ويعظم الانتفاع.

Translation

Jurisprudential Laws is a book compiled by its compiler, Ibn Jazi al-Kalbi, on the laws of legal rulings and issues of jurisprudential branches, according to the doctrine of the Imam of Medina, Abu Abdullah Malik bin Anas. He added to that a warning about much of the agreement and disagreement between Imam Malik bin Anas and the rest of the Hanafi, Shafi’i, and Hanbali schools of thought, in order to thus complete the benefit and maximize the benefit.
