كتاب “المدخل” لابن الحاج هو مصنف في الفقه المالكي، يركز على تصحيح النيات وتوجيه الأعمال اليومية للمسلم لترجع إلى الوجوب أو الندب. يبدأ الكتاب بتحريض على استحضار النية في جميع الأفعال، ثم يتناول بالتفصيل آداب العبادات كالوضوء والصلاة، وينتقل إلى آداب العالم والمتعلم في مجالس العلم، محذرًا من البدع والغيبة والكذب. يهدف المؤلف من خلاله إلى تعليم الناس مقاصد أعمالهم الشرعية، استجابة لرغبة شيخه في توجيه العبادات والسلوكيات وفق مقتضى الشريعة.

Translation

The book “Al-Madkhal” by Ibn Al-Hajj is a work on Maliki jurisprudence, focusing on correcting intentions and directing a Muslim’s daily actions to return them to what is obligatory or recommended. The book begins with an exhortation to bring intention into all actions, then deals in detail with the etiquette of acts of worship such as ablution and prayer, and moves on to the etiquette of the scholar and the learned in gatherings of knowledge, warning against heresies, backbiting, and lying. Through it, the author aims to teach people the purposes of their legitimate actions, in response to his sheikh’s desire to direct acts of worship and behavior in accordance with the requirements of Sharia.
