هذا الكتاب هو متن متكامل في الفقه المالكي، جمعه المؤلف ليشمل أصول العقيدة وأحكام العبادات من طهارة وصلاة وصيام وزكاة وحج، بالإضافة إلى فصول في الجهاد والذبائح وغيرها. يبدأ الكتاب بتقرير واجبات الإيمان وما يجب اعتقاده في ذات الله وصفاته وأفعاله، ثم ينتقل إلى تفصيل الأحكام الفقهية العملية مستعرضًا شروطها وأركانها وواجباتها وسننها.

Translation

This book is a comprehensive text on Maliki jurisprudence, compiled by the author to include the foundations of the faith and the provisions of worship such as purity, prayer, fasting, zakat, and Hajj, in addition to chapters on jihad, sacrifices, and others. The book begins by stating the duties of faith and what must be believed in God’s essence, attributes, and actions. Then it moves on to detailing the practical jurisprudential rulings, reviewing their conditions, pillars, duties, and Sunnahs.
