كتاب "إعانة الطالبين على حل ألفاظ فتح المعين" هو حاشية في الفقه الشافعي، وضعها المؤلف على شرح "فتح المعين" لزين الدين المليباري، الذي هو بدوره شرح لمتن "قرة العين بمهمات الدين". وقد جمع المؤلف هذه الحواشي التي علقها أثناء قراءة الشرح في محفل علمي، استجابة لطلب بعض الطلاب، معتمداً في نقوله على أمهات كتب المذهب كالتحفة والنهاية وشرح المنهج. يغطي الكتاب أبواب الفقه من الصلاة والزكاة والصوم والحج، مروراً بالمعاملات كالبيع والوكالة والإجارة، وانتهاءً بالجنايات والحدود والجهاد والقضاء والعتق.

Translation

The book “Helping the Seekers to Solve the Words of Fath al-Mu’in” is a footnote in Shafi’i jurisprudence, which the author placed on the explanation of “Fath al-Mu’in” by Zain al-Din al-Mulibari, which in turn is an explanation of the text of “Qurat al-Ain bi Mahmat al-Din.” The author collected these footnotes, which he annotated while reading the explanation in a scientific forum, in response to the request of some students, relying in his statement on the most important books of the doctrine, such as Al-Tuhfa, Al-Nihayah, and Sharh Al-Manhaj. The book covers the sections of jurisprudence from prayer, zakat, fasting, and Hajj, passing through transactions such as sale, agency, and leasing, and ending with crimes, punishments, jihad, judiciary, and emancipation.
