هذا الكتاب مختصر في الفقه على مذهب الإمام الشافعي، وضعه مؤلفه ليكون قريب التناول على المتعلمين، سهل الحفظ على المبتدئين. ينتظم في أبواب الفقه المعروفة مبتدئًا بالطهارة والصلاة، مارًا بالزكاة والصوم والحج، ثم المعاملات والفرائض والنكاح، فالجنايات والحدود والجهاد، وخاتمًا بالصيد والأيمان والأقضية والعتق. يتميز الكتاب بكثرة التقسيمات وحصر الخصال والتفصيل في الأحكام الفقهية بأسلوب موجز.
Translation
This book is a summary of jurisprudence according to the doctrine of Imam al-Shafi’i. Its author wrote it to be accessible to learners and easy to memorize for beginners. It is organized into the well-known chapters of jurisprudence, beginning with purity and prayer, moving on to zakat, fasting, and Hajj, then transactions, religious duties, and marriage, then felonies, punishments, and jihad, and concluding with hunting, oaths, decrees, and emancipation. The book is distinguished by its abundance of divisions, limited characteristics, and details of jurisprudential rulings in a concise manner.
