هذا الكتاب مختصر في الفقه على المذهب الشافعي، جمعه المؤلف من علم الإمام الشافعي ليقربه على من أراده، مع إعلامه بنهيه عن تقليده وتقليد غيره. يبدأ الكتاب بباب الطهارة، متناولاً أحكام المياه والآنية والوضوء والغسل والتيمم، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة، فيشرح أوقاتها وأذانها وصفاتها وما يتعلق بها من أحكام السهو والجماعة والقبلة.

Translation

This book is a summary of jurisprudence according to the Shafi’i school of thought. The author collected it from the knowledge of Imam al-Shafi’i in order to bring it closer to those who wanted it, while informing him of his prohibition against imitating him and imitating others. The book begins with the chapter on purity, covering the rulings on water, utensils, ablution, washing, and tayammum. Then it moves to the book of prayer, explaining its times, the call to prayer, its characteristics, and the rulings related to forgetfulness, congregational prayer, and the qiblah.
