مغني المحتاج إلى معرفة معاني ألفاظ المنهاج كتاب في الفقه للشيخ شمس الدين محمد بن الخطيب الشربيني (ت 977هـ) شرح فيه كتاب منهاج الطالبين للإمام النووي (ت 676هـ). وهو من أهم كتب الشافعية وأشهرها، وأكثرها تناولاً عند طلاب الفقه على اختلاف مذاهبهم؛ فهو كتاب جامع لأحكام العبادات والمعاملات، متميز بدقة العبارة، وسلاسة الأسلوب، وحسن الترتيب.

Translation

Mughni, who needs to know the meanings of the words of the curriculum, is a book on jurisprudence by Sheikh Shams al-Din Muhammad bin al-Khatib al-Shirbini (d. 977 AH), in which he explains the book Minhaj al-Talibeen by Imam al-Nawawi (d. 676 AH). It is one of the most important and famous Shafi’i books, and the one most widely discussed by students of jurisprudence of all sects. It is a comprehensive book of the rulings on acts of worship and transactions, distinguished by its precision of expression, smoothness of style, and good arrangement.
