Translation
This book is an encyclopedia of the jurisprudence of financial transactions, and deals in detail with the provisions of sale in terms of its definition, evidence of its legitimacy, and its various divisions. The book explains the characteristics of the contracting parties, the terms of the sale and the price, and discusses the issues of formula, pricing, increase and deduction, relying on evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus and what is reasonable.
