هذا كتاب في الفقه العام، يعرض آراء الفقهاء واختلافاتهم في مسائل فقهية متنوعة، مبتدئًا بأبواب الطهارة كالمضمضة والاستنشاق ونواقض الوضوء، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة وما يتعلق به من أحكام الجماعة والإمامة وصفة الصلاة. يهدف المؤلف إلى توثيق وجوه الخلاف بين أهل العلم في هذه المسائل، مستندًا إلى الأحاديث والآثار، ليكون مرجعًا في فقه الاختلاف.
Translation
This is a book on general jurisprudence. It presents the opinions of jurists and their differences on various jurisprudential issues, beginning with the chapters of purity, such as rinsing the mouth and nose, and what invalidates ablution, then moving on to the Book of Prayer and the related rulings on congregational prayer, leading the prayer, and the prescription of prayer. The author aims to document the areas of disagreement among scholars on these issues, based on hadiths and narrations, to be a reference in the jurisprudence of disagreement.
