Translation
The book “The Great Legal Rulings” by Abd al-Haqq al-Ashbili is a comprehensive jurisprudential encyclopedia. Its compilation begins with the Book of Faith, covering its chapters and issues in detail, based on the Prophet’s hadiths and narrations. The book falls within the general classification of jurisprudence, and is concerned with explaining the major legal rulings that include the foundations of religion and its branches, starting with the definition of Islam and faith and explaining the people of faith and the virtues of deeds.
