This is a book on general jurisprudence, providing an explanation and commentary on the text of “The Beautiful Pearls in Jurisprudential Issues” by Imam Al-Shawkani, with a focus on abstracting the jurisprudential issues indicated by the correct evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The author aims to present Islamic jurisprudence in an accessible manner, adding explanations, comments, and corrections based on the manuscript, to serve as a study reference in religious institutes.
