Translation

The book “Al-Ijma’” by Ibn Al-Mundhir is a work on general jurisprudence, collecting issues on which the scholars have reached consensus according to the author’s approach. The book begins with a study of the life of Ibn al-Mundhir and his works, then deals with sequential jurisprudential chapters that begin with the Book of Ablution and end with the Book of Marriage, with a focus on mentioning what the jurists have unanimously agreed upon in each chapter.
