كتاب "بستان الأحبار مختصر نيل الأوطار" هو مختصر لشرح "نيل الأوطار" للإمام الشوكاني على كتاب "منتقى الأخبار" لابن تيمية، ويقع في مجال الفقه العام. يهدف المؤلف إلى تقريب الأحكام الشرعية من خلال اختصار الشرح والاقتصار على ما يدل على الترجمة، مع ذكر الخلاف عند الضرورة، ليكون أنفع كتب الأحكام وألذها للناظر والسامع. يبدأ الكتاب بباب الطهارة وأبواب المياه، متناولًا أحكام النجاسات والتطهير وفقًا للأحاديث النبوية.

Translation

The book “Bustan Al-Ahbar Mukhtasar Nil Al-Awtar” is a summary of the explanation of “Nil Al-Awtar” by Imam Al-Shawkani based on the book “Muntaqa Al-Akhbar” by Ibn Taymiyyah, and it falls in the field of general jurisprudence. The author aims to bring Sharia rulings closer by condensing the explanation and limiting it to what indicates translation, while mentioning disagreement when necessary, so that it will be the most useful and delicious book of rulings for the viewer and listener. The book begins with the chapter on purity and water, covering the rulings on impurities and purification according to the hadiths of the Prophet.
